Useless app, does not generate an OTP code within the app. When you call customer service no one answers. NEVER EVER use this scam of bank. What's the point of having a customer service hotline when nobody answers. Unionbank Philippines is a useless app, how can you transfer when it asks for an OTP code, but the app does not provide the OTP code.
