Union is horrible!! The customer service s horrendous. They have a phone number on the website for web ordering that I was told doesn't work. Jacques Marie Mage you should stop selling to them as they do not compare to your quality product!! Don't waste your time or money.

This is one of many who have eliminated any way for customers to call and speak to someone in the even of a problem.Someone who did not have my permission used my account to make a purchase.I immediately tried to reach the company,but emails were my only option.I received a confirmation that the item had already shipped.I then started emailing for return shipping labels or suggested going into a store ? finally after many hours i received a reply saying i would be refunded ? We shall see ? I will update this review with the final results.

Their customer service is ass, no communication and they don't answer their phones

Made my first and only order on union. it was canceled. it was a hot drop, i got lucky and they decided i did not deserve the win. one per household, then you see the screenshots of folks getting 10-12 pairs. never again. im done with shoes. thanks union.

I was able to order Nike x Union Field Generals seamlessly. They kept in contact with regards to shipment and even helped with custom clearance.

Excellent service and communication. I really appreciate how they went out their way to help with customs. Thank Union LA, you are really the best!

This boutique is very dishonest business. Recently they had a drop where I purchased a sneakers fair and square on the 1st day of the drop. They drop the same shoes again few days later so that mean they had plenty pairs. Only to get a message 1week later that my order was canceled for unforseen event. What kinda dishonest business is this. Took them a week to give there friends and realized that I am not on there friend list. Chris Gibbs you the worst

I bought Jordan x Union Tee only one, but it has not delivered yet. They charged me $15 for shipping cost for standard shipping. But it past already 13days after my order place.
I have contacted to Union customer service, but they said this delivery speed is standard and I agreed to this shipping cost and shipping option at the time of checkout. But I couldn't choice any other option and shipping cost at that time.

Union customer service has not responded to me. I’ve asked time and time again for them to ship my order. UnionLa is a lazy and incompetent brand.

This place doesn't do CS at all. They don't reply to emails and Instagram. I sent only one of the two items. As of May 19, 22, a month has passed. Never order here. Go to hell, Union.

didn't give me the product and didn't drop the charge when it was pending this company is full of criminals

i wrote so many emails on them. none of these sites respond on what is going on .. until now i am waiting for their charge on my bank. if how long will return...anyone has same complain??

i recently hit for their new drop on the jordan 2s and i got charged after it gave me an error i emailed them about it and they never responded and to top off the fckery they re release them instead of giving the people they already charged their item confirmation email smfh fck these ppl!

Union Rides on the back of its Nike and Jordan collabs. Without them, they’re another flailing boutique with terrible clothing and worse service. The owner cares more about appearances and friends and family than he does about real customers. If you don’t have a shoe bot, or a automated computer program, you won’t be purchasing any of their Nike or Jordan collabs. I’ve seen target website have better bot protection. If you want to look at cool Jordan and Nike collab pictures, this is the place for you….If you actually want to wear those or have a realistic chance at buying those, this isn’t the place for you. But hey, you get to see videos of their cool displays for their collabs they gift to their friends and family while regular customers like us fight robots only to be told sold out 5 seconds after every drop. Start complaining to Nike and they won’t be getting many collabs anymore.

For a company that prides itself on being a leading streetwear brand, they have poor customer service. I made a purchase a fortnight ago, no response after repeated emails. The order history still shows it has been unfulfilled. Charging a premium price, maybe hire some staff.

I haven't heard anything in a week from them. I've written several mails and contacted them on SoMe. Still no response. Please cancel my order and get back to me.

I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago on Union's website, and after 23 days never got any update on shipping. After emailing and calling almost 20 times over the span of two weeks without anybody picking up the phone or responding to emails, they finally picked up a few days ago saying they'd follow up with an email, but I never got an email back. After zero communication I receive an email from Paypal today saying I got a PARTIAL refund for $14 less than what I paid. They didn't refund me for the shipping charge from an order that got cancelled and that never even shipped until I called back asking for it. I also made an order earlier last year and something similar happened where they didn't ship my shoes over a month after making the order, except that time they actually sent them. Overall I'm very disappointed with their poor customer service, but in the end it was fully refunded.

Went online and purchased Adidas OAMC collab shoes on sale for 150. Free shipping, shipped several days after I placed the order but they sent it with really fast (overnight? I forget) shipping, even though I'm in Florida. Arrived and just as described and fit me well. Decided to write a review cause other reviews here nearly scared me out of purchasing online from them. I had a positive experience, no issues

They didn’t ship my order yet, and no response to emails and calls.

I was very excited when I visited this shop. It offers many good products, the prices are sometimes high but the quality is worth the money spent.
