I discovered after purchase that this company is not selling FDA approved GLP-1 virals in boxes of 7 day doses. The item supplied does halt my hunger and appetite without any side effects. This does seem confusing due to the negative reports online. They have offered me 30% which I have accepted.
In the interest of safety I cannot recommend this source of GLP-1 as the Agent lied.Note this review is for Unpure.vip not Unionpure.uk

I took this product which immediately upset my stomach - my GP told me to stop taking it straightaway. I contacted the company who have completely ignored me. They are a scam company and I really wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS 😡😡😡😡

Wish I had seen previous reviews before ordering. Four weeks and no delivery. Sent three emails to ask for refund of money payed and no responses. Bombarded with emails saying basket not complete but then you are asked to reorder and repay. Think I have been scammed beware.

I wish I had read the reviews first on here, I am like everyone here waiting for order that I think won't arrive, I have sent so many emails which have received no reply, I have been scammed by this company and 100% think I have wasted money as won't get it back BEWARE!!

received the order, ask for refund as it was sent from China not UK, not even made in UK as stated in advert, was told I could send it back to China at my cost and that is going to cost more then it's worth,, They are a scam company stay well clear,
LAST UPATE
offered 30% refund however it's been 6 weeks still trying to get the refund, they now say they can't repay refund into my original payment method, need new details,,, SCAM DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Oh my goodness, I have order with them.. I believed in their blurb about Union pure, losing weight!
WHY did I not read trust pilot first?

It has arrived yet, so if and when it does I'll try and get a refund...but I definitely won't take it!

This is a Chinese scam outfit in Kowloon,Hong Kong,they misrepresent the crap they're selling and trying and steal your bank details... you've been warned!!!!!! 💩💩💩💩🇬🇧🇺🇸

I wish I had read other Trustpilot reviews of this company before placing my order for a set of 'Heat Wolf' dentures.
I received them today and just as other Trustpilot reviewers have stated, the product they sent was nothing like the photos and description used in the advertising.
The dentures were like you would buy in a joke shop and just about big enough for a child at that.
I sent a complaint email requesting a refund and suprisingly got an almost immediate reply offering a refund if I paid the return postage to China which could be in excess of $20 (£16).
I replied stating that internet sellers who sell into the UK market must abide by the UK 'Distance Selling' regulations ( just as AliExpress, Temu, Shein do) and refund in full if the goods sold are defective or 'not as described'. I have yet to receive a reply.
My next step will be to claim a refund from PayPal under their 'buyers protection' scheme and if that doesn't work then I will ask my bank to 'charge back' the amount debited to my bank account.

They charge me £7 more than the advert and said it was 29% tax charge. There are also no instructions for the vials which should of been capsules.

Please everyone avoid these scammers.Disgraceful service and the product bears no resemblance to what u order.The teeth wouldn't fit a 5 year old and no way could anyone use them Hang ur heads in shame Union pure.Lowest of the low.Evsn tried to get more mo ey saying they couldn't deli er as they didn't have my address.Could I give credit card details.Alarm bells ringing.Leave well alone.

I brought things of this site on the 27 th June 2025 I paid 5.99 for faster delivery there trying to say I have received the parcel when I know I haven't I wouldn't shop with this company again ever I paid £39.99 for something I haven't received so people please be careful

The item doesn't even resemble what they are showing you to be buying and then when you point out what absolute rubbish they are sending out and you want your money back they just start talking rubbish to every email you send. Disgusting con and in reality it's just theft talking your money and sending absolute crap out to people. Scam scam scam. Don't give your money to these "people" please AVOID!!! I HATE this sort of scam, they should be shut down!

Total scam. Stay away from this company. I ordered dentures and they can’t even attach on teeth. 47£ down the drain.

I would have given zero if this was possible. The item i received looks nothing like what was advertised. Offered me 30% money back or I can pay 20 dollars to return. Absolute con of a company. Please do not waste your money.

Avoid this lying unscrupulous company like the plague. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a glucose monitor and after a very long delay received a pulse oximeter.I have sent several emails to which they do not reply and demanded a refund. Unsurprisingly I haven’t had a refund or a reply.

Yes, they are still publishing adverts which state quite clearly that their machines measure blood glucose without the need to sample the blood.
This is surely illegal and I'm sure that some people have already fallen for their lies. Do we not have laws against false advertising?
Please note, this company also trades under the name Bikenda.

Ordered a blood glucose meter but received two oximeters instead. Interestingly, the boxes say they measure blood glucose but they do not.
Advice on order confirmation was to email their support address to find out how to return unwanted items and get a refund...but they never reply.

I reported this company to the ASA who came back today with a further firm called ZONGEST Ltd. for info

Looks like a scam to me too.. NO BLOOD GLUCOSE readings available whatsoever,... now to get a FULL refund!!! yeah right..!
