Worst insurance in Croatia

Worst insurance in Croatia. Delaying of months, although I have full insurance. They denied any payment for major damage on my boat-break of mast- when I consulted lawyer, because damage is 40 000 eur, they offered 420 eur! They constantly treat me like idiot, their experts are incapable of their job. One expert , when i reported damage on propeller, saw prop first time in life! Summary: run!

The worst possible experience – avoid at all costs!

Absolutely unprofessional and arrogant approach! They ignore facts, violate legal deadlines, and shift responsibility onto their clients. Instead of correcting their own mistakes, they shamelessly suggest a lawsuit as if that were a normal way to resolve issues. Their so-called “good business policy” is nothing more than a scheme to extract money at the expense of their clients. This is a prime example of highly unethical business practices, and after years of cooperation, I can say just one thing: stay far away!
