Rupa has been very helpful with my move in and with all my requests. Always available, issues resolved fast and efficient. Can't ask for more, really nice agency and people.

Rupa and the team have been wonderful. Been through a lot of agencies in London, and this is a great one! Very affordable, fast checks (even though it was over Christmas/New Year!). Currently in Bayswater and no complaints so far.

We have been dealing with Rupa and Shafiq for over fifteen years now letting over 50 flats . They are both very honest, respectful and reliable. I constantly communicate with Rupa, she is always available to speak to, she listens to our requests and communicates it to the tenants and help to solve problems when needed. It’s been pleasure dealing with her.

As a tenant, we have had a lovely experience renting through Rupa and Uniqletts. Contacting to arrange a viewing was easy and efficient. Viewing the property was straightforward and all our questions were answered either immediately or in a follow up email. Moving in/handover was just as simple and all issues (thankfully only minor ones) have been resolved very effectively.

I have been assisted by Rupa since I bought my apartment in London. She is very professional and has always managed everything independently, from the search and contracts with tenants to other bureaucratic practices, and of course the flat maintenance. I am very satisfied

Rupa has been friendly and helpful throughout our one-year rental period. While our flat had numerous issues, Rupa consistently assisted us in contacting the landlord and arranging for repairs. Although the resolution of problems sometimes took a while and Rupa seemed overwhelmed at times, most issues were eventually addressed. Overall, I would recommend the service from Uniqletts.

I’m incredibly pleased with the Rupa and Shafiq from Uniqletts. I was struggling with my previous landlord and found them. The team was very amicable and kind throughout my renting process and still are. Renting process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.
We have a whatsapp group chat for any issues that we encounter with the home (small ofcourse), and they are ready to help. Highly recommend!
