Terrible Customer Service! Ordered a lightweight Autumn/Spring puffer jacket last October. I was initially pleased with it though I did note the rather flimsy zip at the time. I wore it intermittently... See more

Frankly not worth the trouble
The return process and options here are shocking. The clothes are decent, but it's honestly not worth the hassle of dealing with their returns or their customer service.
I was charged £2.95 for my return and chose the method where you print the QR code in store, because I don't have a printer or access to one. They sent me a label that was printable at home instead of in-store. When I contacted them about changing it their agent just kept telling me: "We have no way internally to change the method. You can't change the returns method. This happens so rarely that we have no system internally to make any changes to returns once they've been initiated." (I told them that all they have to do is have a read of their Trustpilot reviews to see that this is not a rarity). My only option was to pay for a courier to return the items—on top of the £2.95 of course.
I literally could not believe there was no internal method for changing the return label. It seemed like a fob off answer and an insane approach to customer service.
Glad I've had this experience on a relatively small order though. Will not be shopping here again.
A hassle to return items
For such a well known brand, Uniqlo makes returns a hassle. Not only do they charge you for returns, but the also don't even provide a returns label. I was forced to print it myself at a bookstore since I don't own a printer. Think again before ordering.
I've ordered from them a couple of…
I've ordered from them a couple of times and both orders were processed and supplied in good time. I find the products excellent and sizing just right (I'm XL). The thermal Ts are as good as the finest silk, and the standard Ts perfect. I've not had the need to contact them or return goods, so I can't contact on that aspect.
UPS as only shipping option
UPS as only shipping option. Can't return products because UPS not available here.
Quality was 5/5. Today is 0/5
When you are trying Uniqlo wool and cashmere sweaters with a shirt underneath and you realise the Uniqlo sweater got so bad in quality that they are see-through now...that's when you know you need to find another shop to get your sweaters!
I would have given 0 stars. I gave 2 stars just in the memory of the amazing quality and design ( they had wool sweaters with V neck) it used to have, up until one year or so. I literally have 1 and a half drawers packed with Uniqlo beautiful sweaters from back when the quality was still good. I would still buy for myself and for others if it would have been the same. So so so sad. It was my go-to place for merino, wool and cashmere that I was recommending to everyone. Not anymore. Such a disappointment
Atrocious customer services .
Atrocious customer services .. one star just about sums it up. Honestly I will never ever use them again. 14 days it took to get told it would take another god knows how long to open a case. You choose evri that’s your issue not mine. I followed YOUR steps. I’ll never use again
Bad Customer Service : Uniqlo !!!
Was just in the shop of Uniqlo on the Meir in Antwerp, where are the staff, took ages to find any help & when you do find help they have no big sizes to try, only online we are informed with a shrug from there shoulders, what good is that when you want to try something on before buying it, is it any wonder they are losing revenue. There customer service online seems to be terrible too, just reading the reviews is enough to put you off for life - Uniqlo used to have much better customer service but it is obvious they have lost interest in there customer satisfaction. We will shop elsewhere in the future.
Shameful
Shameful. Evri lost return. Impossible to contact them - lying every time re refund, complaints not answered. Simply AWFUL.
It is impossible to contact them
It is impossible to contact them. There is only a bot to chat to their webpage. I wrote for them requesting a partial refund on my delivery expenses since I paid for expedited delivery with UPS and my order arrived even later than if I had chosen the normal delivery method, with another courier company. My email remains unanswered for a month so far.
UNIQLO 10 out of 10
Dear Trustpilot and All!
I would like to share with all of you my review on Uniqlo service in general. Please note, all of my orders have been completed at uniqlo.eu in Germany - Dortmund.
1. Order and shipping online - I have never had any issue with the delivery or order; always very fast.
2. Customer service - after reading most of the reviews how bad the customer service was, I went to search the UNIQLO online chat boot just to make sure there would be someone to reach out in case of need and guess what - I have been nicely asked of what my inquiry was; in general I was taken care of very nicely at the chat boot with a human being on the other end.
3. Returns and refunds - again, after reading the reviews, I was really scared and seeing things going in a wrong way since I was returning some items back to the warehouse in Dortmund...
All I can say was that everything exceeded my expectations about UNIQLO return/refund.
I did everything as I was instructed - printed out the notes for the items I was gonna return and put in a bag all together. After only a couple of days I have received a confirmation from UNIQLO, saying that my return has been processed. Between 1-2 days later I received the money back in my account.
4. If any of you complain about the postage fee we must pay - believe me, you are being too spoiled...for example Zalando does give you "free" returns but have any of you ever realized the entire prize for the goods is included the return postage? For me the postage fees at UNIQLO seems to be reasonable and fair.
At last, I would like to say to all of you "good luck" with any other inquiries at UNIQLO but I cannot relate to any of your complaints.
Sincerely.
One UNIQLO`s happy customer

Don't deserve any star at all
Don't deserve any star at all.
No response, no update of my delivery status. Ordered online (on 23rd November) and until now still no sight of my order.
Strangely, they kept promoting and mentioned "last minute Xmas gift, you will get it on time". But paid order cannot get the items on time. Totally rubbish!
It will be my last time buying from Uniqlo. Expensive stuff BUT cheapskate company!
Advise: buy only in-store products
I used to get my sweaters from them ( merino wool, lambswool and cashmere) for years. But right now all of them started to be very low quality: you can't find lambswool with any cleavage, they are all boring grandma style neckline, then the cashmere sweaters do have a nice V-neckline but the material itself got sooo thin, you better buy the cashmere from any other store. Dunno why they are getting worse and worse. And about returns and getting my money back: don't do it. Just buy only what's in store or don't buy at all
Frustrating and inadequate returns system
Received message with date and time of delivery. Then received message saying items couldn’t be delivered till following day. Surprised when items were actually delivered soon after message. Needed to return as sizing too small…NIGHTMARE. Chat box isn’t useful. The Refund Form doesn’t recognise my order number. So getting nowhere fast. Not worth it. Never again. No adequate human customer service.
Gift vouchers Warning
I bought gift vouchers for my son. He went to the store in London to choose and try on the items he liked. They were all wrapped up and after queuing to pay was then told he could only spend the vouchers on line. I returned to the website and found in the tiniest of writing under the gift vouchers page that vouchers could only be spent on line. Very disappointing and won't be visiting this store or purchasing anything from the company in the future.
I never bother to write reviews but…
I never bother to write reviews but this experience was so bad that I think they should not be allowed to get away with it . I should have read the reviews before I’ve purchased from this company, I’ve sent the parcel back as none of the items fitted me and waited a couple of weeks for a refund. I haven’t received any confirmation of my parcel being received nor my money back so I’ve decided to contact the customer service who assured me the refund will be done within 48 h . Two weeks later I still haven’t received my money back . Rest assured this will be my first and last purchase ever from this company, they are dishonest and no customer service whatsoever.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!
Wish I could give them minus stars! This was the first time I have used Uniqlo and they were unable to tell me where my order was after two weeks of trying to get some info from Evri. Promised me a refund within 3 days but that was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Now they just ignore any follow up emails. Have lodged a complaint with PayPal so hopefully will eventually get my money back.
I'll never buy from Uniqlo again!!!
I made an order with Uniqlo which was supposed to be delivered in 3 days via Yodel. The order was supposed to be delivered at a Collect+ shop. However Yodel attempts to deliver were unsuccessful 3 times: how can an attempt be unsuccessful when the delivery address is a Collect+ shop?
I contacted Yodel several times and they kept promising the delivery would be done "the next day".
I contacted Uniqlo explaining the situation asI was till waiting for it arrive, more than 2 weeks after I had made the order. The customer service has been so unhelpful. I have sent a detailed chronology of the events with Yodel, explaining clearly that there has never been an attempt at my home, that I requested the parcel to be delivered at my local Collect+ shop and that it was never delivered.
And still, Uniqlo gave more credibility to Yodel, refused to provide a refund, ans asked me to collect the parcel at the Yodel depot were the parcel should now be. The depot is located miles away from my home.
It is an absolute disgrace to be treated with so little respect and very disappointing from both the companies and the dishonest delivery service.
At this stage I still haven't received my parcel and Uniqlo still hold my money. And to be honest I don't know what to do. I just want a refund and never buy from Uniqlo again!!!

Eventually found the right email for problem. Starts contactusuk and after the at motif add Uniqlo then a dot and then U.K.
Dealt with quickly. Happy with that.
Should be clear on the website. One shown doesn’t answer. Not happy about time wasted waiting for an answer from the one shown on the web. Never heard back.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. It’s a hassle to do a return and get a refund. NOT WORTH IT
