Terrible Customer Service! Ordered a lightweight Autumn/Spring puffer jacket last October. I was initially pleased with it though I did note the rather flimsy zip at the time. I wore it intermittently... See more

I am only giving Uniqlo one star as you can't give none!!
I bought a skirt from the islington store and it didn't fit so I took it back. I did not have receipt but had a customer receipt, they refused to give my money back even after showing my bank statement with the purchase recorded, the manager got involved and said the I could not have bought it as it didn't have a receipt
event though I had and bank statement, it is not a far reach to think he was calling me a thief. I then went home and found the receipt - took back and they still refused this time saying it had no tag! I said that there are a few clothes that had no tags he said that it was not true - so now I am not only a thief but a liar.
I emailed head office/ customer services and received an email back this morning that was not supposed to be for me but someone else - accusing me of lying to get my own way and that the clothes do have tags - how the hell would he know anyway he was not there at the time and its not possible for every item to have tags as people try things on and tags get pulled off. This company obviously no respect for their customers if they are willing to disregard anything customers say.
Avoid this company most of the clothes are cheaply made anyway
Due to Uniqlo's strange sizing
Due to Uniqlo's strange sizing, I had to return two t-shirts. Because I have no Hermes shops near me, I paid £3.79 to return the items by 2nd class signed for. On receiving my return, Uniqlo decided to deduct the cost of Hermes (although I didn't use Hermes). I made a complaint and Diana, the CS rep said to send through a copy of my Royal Mail receipt showing the amount I paid and I have received no reply despite chasing.
I won't be buying from Uniqlo again. Good items but your return policy stinks!
Would NEVER buy Uniqlo anymore online…
Would NEVER buy Uniqlo anymore online or offline in Europe and urge everyone around me to do the same. We’re in 2021, still no free online return????? Nothing can be more suicidal. Together with all the spam emails and non-existing service, it’s literally killing consumer goodwill every single second. How pathetic, especially given Uniqlo used to differentiate itself as customer-centric … Investors at Fast Retailing - SELL
Do not order online, you can't return in store....They don't care about the environment!
I ordered online, sizes are normally a bit small in UNIQLO, but the shorts I ordered were too big, thought I would try and exchange at store. Headed down in the heat and was told it had to be posted back at cost, despite being in a UNIQLO store, I couldn't return it there.
Absolutely shocking, what's more embarrassing for UNIQLO, is they sent me an email that morning about World Environment Day. They don't care about the environment at all, the fact I came all that way, then had to go all the way back to then have to print a label and post it to their address on other side of the UK.
Not to mention I have to pay for returns despite paying for public transport to go to their store. All competitors include return labels for free.
In the end I went to Next and bought better quality clothes, not shopping in UNIQLO again.
Absolutely terrible online ordering…
Absolutely terrible online ordering been locked out of my account will not reset my password took £64 trough PayPal no one to call in store useless as well
NO SERVICE AT ALL 😡😡😡 !!!!!
Uniqlo now has THE worst returns policy… don't bother
Uniqlo now has THE worst returns policy I have ever experienced. Please beware you are unable to return ANYTHING bought online at a store. In order to return anything it must be postal and they countercharge you for the shipping. Not to mention having to print the labels and go to a Hermes drop off point. Uniqlo - please change this, its incredibly unhelpful, wasteful of paper, wasteful of miles travelled by car. I won't be shopping with you again :)
Adios,
A long standing customer.
Ps. You could get rid of all the crappy pop up spam on your website while you're at it.

Paying for delivery AND for return??
Can’t make an exchange at the store if you paid with klarna or paypal!
The stupidest store policy I’ve ever seen
Never ordering from this stupid stote again! Don’t waist your time!!!
Don't shop online!!
Don't shop online!!! Bad return policy and very bad customer care.
quality shirts BUT incorrect colors in order
Good quality shirts BUT mixed colors I ordered.
Quick and simple service for a refund
Ordered a sweater online last weekend that was slightly too big. Was able to return it in store for a quick and simple refund. Great customer service and the products are usually very good quality.
Don't buy anything online
Don't buy anything online. Return is impossible. The system for the return is so hard and do not think customer service will help you. They are the most unhelpful and useless ever compare to other stores. I just want to give them zero star.
Dishonest treatment of the customers
It's very unusual but understandable that they ask you to pay for the return. But what is bizarre is that they ask you to send the return to another country (bought in the Netherlands and return should go to Germany)! This costs at least three times more than one would expect when placing the order (it will cost me 22€!!).
Besides, this information is not mentioned in the return policy or anywhere else on the site. You get to know the return address once you fill in the return form.
Who could think they would need to return order to another country when Uniqlo has shops in the Netherlands?? Such a disgraceful and unfair treatment of the customer.
Hopefully my review will be useful for the others and they will not fall in this trap.
Refund
I had placed an order with uniqlo in December 2020 and my order did not arrive. Since then I have asked them for a refund and every customer service representative I speak to always say the same thing on how they will investigate and let their finance department know. I have got a lot of emails from them stating that I have received my refund but I still have not and it has been 3 months since I’ve past heard from uniqlo. I’ve taken this further with my bank. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!!!
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service.
I have registered my email with UNIQLO on the 1st of Jan to receive £10 code only three weeks later, 10mins after my first purchase. Then I was unable to use the code ever again. My email queries were never answered and when phoned customer service they unhelpful and plainly rude.
Really poor way to handle online orders
I don't do a lot of shopping, but I was fond of Uniqlo stores as it was my first choice to when I needed something nice and comfortable for the office, or personal life. I think it's a good brand, with minimal but not boring garments, and a good price/quality ratio.
Unfortunately the only chance I have to buy from them now is by placing an online order. As a seller and show owner myself, who places orders from others all the time (supplies and personal shopping) I think they are handling online orders REALLY poorly, with the added nuisance of having to deal with robotic and untrained customer service representatives.
If you ever a question or an issue you keep bouncing against emails that are a mere copy and paste from the website (I can read that myself!), so it feels really frustrating. I'm utterly disappointed, and I'm not sure I'll support this brand anymore.
AWFUL. 3 ITEMS MISSING AND 7 WEEKS OF CHASING FOR A REFUND. AVOID ONLINE ORDERS.
I ordered my goods on 30 December. I received them on 14 January with 3 out of 5 items missing. No despatch note to confirm what had been sent.
It has been extremely hard to contact the customer service. I tried online and did not even get the confirmation email of the message I sent. No record of my complaint. I then had to call, waiting for 40 mins to speak to someone. I had to fill in a missing items declaration form and take pictures of the package to prove it came intact.
A month after I received the package, and after all my efforts, I receive a simple refund offer and a 'we are very sorry' kind of message. But then, there's plenty of other people with similar experiences.
I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY FROM THE COURIER, INTACT, NO ONE TAMPERED WITH IT. WAREHOUSE STAFF SIMPLY FORGOT TO INCLUDE THREE ITEMS. And Covid has nothing to do with this.
A decent experience
I made my order on Saturday and it arrived on Thursday-a few issues with Hermes delaying the parcel along the way (based in London UK). Overall, given the negative reviews I was pleased and surprised to receive my parcel pretty quickly and to receive the correct garments I had ordered. Will shop with them again.
Non flexible
Ordering easy, changes in order almost not possible. Contact form works hardly, after 3 hours of waiting was able to contact and received answer "we could not add line of address in your order"..now delivery is staying somewhere in the middle of the street I guess.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful. Order online at your peril! I ordered goods online but only half my order turned up. I rang Customer Service to find out what was going on and was told they couldn't do anything until I filled out, signed and returned an official form. Despite being made to feel like I'd done something wrong, I did this and have heard nothing since. Uniqlo haven't responded to my emails (other than an automated response). I still haven't got my clothes and haven't been offered a refund, neither have I been told how long this investigation will take. I feel like I've been robbed.
