The worst customer experience that I…

The worst customer experience that I have experienced! Do not shop here if you want the option to return your item if it breaks.

The store in Kungsträdgården sent me to the Mall of Scandinavia store to make my return. Then they refused my return of a pair of cashmere gloves that after two months of wear broke in the thread an not ”in the seam”.

RE.Uniqlo is bad

They have some great stuff (*****) but RE.Uniqlo (their repair shop) was a disappointment (*). They wouldn't repair a hole (a couple of centimeters) in my training trousers (I said it didn't need to be pretty) which my local tailor repaired in a couple of minutes. But it was a waste of time travelling all the way to the city. I guess the mostly have RE.Uniqlo for branding purposes but prefer people not to use it.

Uniqlo Sweden is a joke

Uniqlo Sweden is a joke. Online purchases can be picked from the store but returned only by post and you have to pay for it.
(For the love of god do NOT close the bag in advance since u have to find a printer, print the return ticket and put in the return letter..)

Got even a request to review the product 2 min after mail that said my package can be picked up now, I’m fast but their expectations about my speed needs a poisonous spider or toxic waste.

You can always change the product in store though. Might be positive note, but also learned that purchases made in one store can only be changed/returned in same store, nowhere else.

Guess I’ll support some other brands in the future.

2nd time online order has been lost

Placed a sizeable online order a few weeks ago. Order is just sitting there "awaiting pick up". Zero proactive outreach from Uniqlo regarding the order. This is the second time we placed an online order and same poor experience. The service agent online, Farhana, was both rude and took a while to respond. She let me know it would take 3 working days to look into the issue. There was absolutely nothing to be done for the inconvenience, e.g. faster processing time. Lack of empathy and service skills as well. All in all a bad taste in my mouth, particularly as this was a gift for my husband's birthday. Do better Uniqlo. Hire someone from Amazon's customer team to fix the issues and CX.

Uniqlo Sweden seems to be a company…

Uniqlo Sweden seems to be a company more interested in hiding behind its policies rather than provide actual customer service.

When you do an online purchase, nowhere in the check out process is it obvious that online orders will be charged (as of this writing) a 29 kr return fee. Even more ridiculous is that even for orders that you go down to the store to pick up, an in-store return on the spot is not possible. You are there physically in the store, but they will refuse to process the return all the same and instead tell you that the postal service will help with the return process.

And this is on top of an already confusing system they have for online orders where their website will report your order as delivered, even through what that really means is that the item has just left their warehouse, and they will send you email asking for their products to be reviewed before the email telling you that your items are ready for collection.

The justification on their website for all this mess is "With the increasing number of payment options made available online that are unable to be accepted as a return in our stores, we have decided to simplify the entire returns procedure, so we can dedicate more time to customer support."

Given the how poor their online purchasing experience and return policy is, I have to applaud their sense of humour in claiming they have increased their dedication in supporting the customer.
