Not only was the product great, the customer service was top notch. I accidentally double ordered an item and they went out of their way to reach out to me for clarification and refunded me right away!

Bad service, Do not order
Received an email informing me that the item was delivered, looked all over it and even checked with my neighbours, sent an email and they responded with an apology and informed me that they are going to send a new one ASAP. Waited a week but I received no emailes, 2 days a go went online to check my order and I saw it was still at the post office and can not be delivered because of incorrect stamps. Post office would not release it until shipper pays the correct fees. I called PayPal and opened an investigation asking them to refund my money.

Disappointed
Although the wallet feels good in the hand, the mechanism to slide the cards up is incredibly stiff and more difficult than other wallets. Plus the wallet box seals were broken before arriving.
