Such a shame as I’ve bought PJs from here before which were lovely - this time round I ordered a lounge set which came and the size just wasn’t right so I checked their website to find out how to return and get a refund as the item was not personalised. There is no information on their website regarding this so I have now emailed multiple times and have not received any response. After 2 weeks I have reached out via Instagram and they responded to ask what the item was but when I replied they are now ignoring the messages and I have tried to chase this again on Instagram but no response.

I’ve used Unique Avenue many times now for various different personalised items such as beach bags, pjs and with the quality being so good ordered some for the bridal party on for our wedding morning.
Delivery has always been very speedy and customer service fantastic with very timely, helpful responses.
The biggest bonus is how reasonably priced everything is so is definitely a site I recommend to friends and family.

Incredibly frustrated! Ordered pyjamas in plenty of time for Christmas only to have a ‘waiting for shipment’ label for over 2 weeks!
Rather than resolving the issue and actually sending the item, I just received a message to say i’ll be refunded!
Still yet to receive this.
Would not order again unfortunately.

Having ordered previously, a few years ago and been very happy with the product and service I had no hesitation in ordering again. What a mistake ! 4 weeks later pjs haven’t turned up and there is no response whatsoever to several emails and messages I’ve sent on their contact page or Instagram ! What a disappointment ! I’ve asked for a refund so Unique Avenue take note and sort this out!

Placed an order with 1-2 day delivery, still zero update 2 weeks later. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone. Eventually got a refund but still zero response to my email. Bad customer service.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago with express delivery and still have not received the item, they take ages to reply to emails. So unprofessional. You will not receive your item or a refund as they fob you off on email!

Don’t Use This Company

I placed an order on the 17th July. This was a birthday gift for a birthday on 9th August. I’m writing this review on 28th August and I still don’t have the order.

I’ve contacted their customer services multiple times and been told it’s been shipped but I can see the Evri tracking reference and that they haven’t even received it from Unique Avenue.

Unique Avenue - if you see this please send the order or refund me my money.

Please don’t use this website. I ordered personalised pyjamas on 28th April for my wedding and they have never arrived. I’ve contacted their customer service several times, who do eventually get back to you but just continually fob you off with promises your delivery is on the way. Obviously money is tight anyway, never mind while planning a wedding and I’m now more than £130 out of pocket. Please stay away!
