We used Unique Home Build & Decor Ltd some time ago and were really pleased with the whole experience. They were professional, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout — from suggesting ideas and helping with materials, to carrying out the work to a high standard.

We wanted to add a cloakroom on the ground floor, which we thought might not be possible, but they came up with a clever solution by slightly reducing the kitchen space. It worked out really well. They also redesigned the loft with a practical layout, so we could use it as proper storage.

They were always happy to answer questions, even outside of normal hours, which we really appreciated. The quality of their work was excellent, everything was done on time, and the pricing was fair. Would definitely recommend them.

They did some external painting and James also did a number of handyman jobs internally. The cost was very reasonable.
The work was well done and my only criticism is that cleaning up after was rather limited.
