Where will my order go???
I would like to prevent other buyers from getting that thought. I ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers at the end of November. I got a nice order confirmation - and money was quickly withdrawn from my account. However, after that I have not heard a sound about my order. I have sent several emails and several questions on the chat, but there is no answer - and I have not seen the shadow of my ordered order. An unfortunate experience in the run-up to Christmas, when you want to please your family with a good present... instead, I have so far gotten a long nose and lost DKK 1,400.
It's not good enough - but I'm still naive and have faith that there are some good people who will of course ensure that my order reaches me before Christmas.

It has been more than a month since I ordered and I have received ZERO information. I have sent multiple emails to the 2 email addresses I have found online, plus instagram, plus facebook and I still have received NO REPLY.

I tried contacting them, because the letters from my essentials hoodie come off but they don’t respond back. Very bad customer support! I definitely don’t recommend it. My order nummer is #4024 and I have contacted you with e mail, with the site and a second e mail. You DONT respond back to me. I’m taking legal actions!

No response on several emails. After waiting for 15 working days, still no sign of live... Next steps: visit to their shop and a lawyer. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

i bought some Air Jordan 4 Retro Military Blue (2024)

Were delivered in a broken box,with holes in the shoes ,damaged,dirty,greased,missing,bas seams and no reply from the shop at all when the delivery was coming. Don't buy here

Bought some pokemon items from their webshop. Items has a lead time of 48hours and to this date (5 days) forget getting the items, they are not even shipped.

They do not respond to any of their contact information given in their website. Unbelievable. If I was close by I would go to their brick and mortar shop and have a face to face chat with the owner. What as westenof time.

Do not buy anyhint from them.

Update: Orders are coming from their info at uniquekicks.be email address, however they wanted me to send ANOTHER e-mail to another gmail address of theirs. The e-mail is sent 11.09.2025. Will see if anything will happen.

Pokemon product is NOT the same as description and pictures on the website. SCAMMERS!!!!

Easy Deal with this seller

I have never received my order after a month, received no emails except an order confirmation, and they don't reply to any of my emails or messenges. And I ordered the shoes more than a month ago

I once again write a review, If i could give negative stars I would, I have struggled with this company for the past month and after writing my previous review I finally received a response and two days ago I got a notification that my package has been delivered. After contacting DPD today, I learn that my package was never sent to DPD also a request for the tracking. This is ridiculous. I have had to beg and plead to receive my package and they have my money of 155 euros and give me no response. I am not sure if they find this funny but it has been very difficult for me this past month and I have incredibly struggled with receiving a package in the Netherlands which is merely two hours away from Belgium.
