Good people are running the business

Good people are running the business, but they need to know that they have to work harder on the AWB tracking method online and really upgrade the system because the customers are being on waitlists way too many days just for a month just for sneakers pair...not right for EU. For the waiting and the bad feelings with no tracking on my product. So sorry but that is so true and it was my firs really bad experience with shoe selling online shops, and i went alot of online shopping. Make the upgrade uniquekiks.be with uniquekiks.it...i think you need to care more about your online trading sistem and model. Big love.

Ordered the shoes and they sent me an email to confirm the shoes had been posted (within the time frame).However the tracking number was stuck for several days as UPS seems to have lost the parcel. The company contacted me and promised to replace the order and send me the tracking number when done. Good customer service. Thanks joseph

Perfect!

I ordered some Jordan from Spain and they were delivered one week after that. The sneakers were in perfect state, although the box was a little damaged.

Its not easy to get in contact with…

Its not easy to get in contact with them and i was not sure if my package would even be delivered, but it came and the shoes do look good so its alright.
