poor experience
Despite the exceedingly poor experience, I finally received my shoes after two months. Customer support was unresponsive and failed to provide any explanation for the delay. While I'm satisfied with the shoes themselves, I won't be using this service again due to the frustrating ordeal.

We have always replied to the mails as soon as we could as stated on our website we don't answer mails on sunday & monday.
