I have tried this company twice.
1st (2014) experience they would not honour their advertised free shipping rate to Australia.
2nd (2015) experience they cancelled my order via PayPal but never contacted me or gave an explanation as to why they cancelled the order.
Still don't know to this day!

I have ordered from Unique Looks before and sometimes it can take awhile to get my package so I waited a couple of months before I enquired because I ordered just before christmas.
I still haven't received my order in March and worse I have had no reply from several queries.
It doesn't matter how good the prices are it's always too expensive if you don't receive your goods!

I ordered a few bottles of dye, and the package arrived safely at my home adress in France, and very quickly to boot. Before my order, I had the occasion of contacting customer service, and the answer came promptly and adequately.
Real good experience, I recommend this site. And I think the prices are really competitive.

Product range and delivery service unusually good. Just loved the humorous/light hearted "advice of despatch " - in fact circulated this to all my online friends who agreed that this nicely tied up the total sales experience by subtly reinforcing the uniqueness of the transaction.

Honestly, I was a little worried when I saw the product was coming from Europe. Nonetheless, I really needed it ( a discontinued KMS product that my husband just loves) so I went and ordered 3 bottles- (enough to get free shipping and to keep him in supply for a long time since the product is discontinued) Anyway, I got the most amazing email from the company when the product was ready and shipped- I even had to post it to FB !! Anyway the package arrived safe and sound about a week later (it had to come through customs) we are thrilled with the product, with the company, and, based on the email confirming shipping alone, I will use this company again! So glad I took a chance and bought it from them. I totally recommend them

My only complaint is the instructions are not in English. But that is what translation websites are for! My order arrived two weeks ahead of the expected delivery date and undamaged! If this hair color is true to color I will definitely be coming back!!

Uniquelooks.com kept me informed automatically through email notifications of order received, despatch and they delivered my products quite quickly. The products were also very good :-)

I have twice used this company for hair care products - the website was easy to use, the goods were promptly dispatched and I loved the (fun/wacky) email communications about how my product was being lovingly prepared and dispatched. The goods arrived quickly and again, to show what a fun company they are, I appreciated the pack of 'Fizzers' included in the package!! I would most certainly use this company again!!

The product is a good value - it was what I wanted, this website was the only place where I could find the product. It arrive timely and in good condition.

This product is excellent. Great materials and high quality. However, I ordered this as a Christmas gift on the 17th and paid extra for shipping to receive it early. The product did not arrive until the 29th.

Love the upbeat messages how you were packaging my order and also loved the candy included in the package when it came! When I first found out I had ordered from the UK in place of the USA, I thought it would take forever; but it didn't.
