Waited 2 weeks

Waited 2 weeks, I suspect they order from China, but not sure. I ordered a basic set and they are very poor, very cheap. Curled and don't fit, rear ones too big and front ones, the studs are in the wrong place. Wish I had checked on here 1st. I don't recommend. I am going to try and get a refund. I hate the mats.

Overpriced mats with no return policy

I bought a used Toyota C-HR through a dealership, and the mats were supplied by Unique Products UK. I was charged £99 for them, nearly three times the cost of genuine Toyota mats (about £34). For that price, I expected much better.

The mats themselves are okay, but nothing special – certainly not worth triple the price. The worst part, however, was finding out that there is no return policy. Once you’ve paid, you’re stuck with them. I tried going back and forth between the dealership and Unique Products UK, but neither would take responsibility. The dealership told me to contact the company, and the company told me to contact the dealership. In the end, I was left with no refund, no exchange, and no option to change my mind.

This lack of accountability and flexibility feels unacceptable. For the price charged and the way customers are left stranded afterwards, I can’t give more than 2 stars.

'Carmats4U'? or 'Unique Car mats'?

'Carmats4U' or 'Unique Car mats'? (Unique Products UK)? provide one of the worst services I've ever had the misfortune of receiving. In the checkout before payment they stated I could receive my package (set of 3 Premium Rubber Car Mats & a Boot Tray) by the 16th of June; as I was ordering on the 12th, this seemed very reasonable at 4 days including the weekend so I made my purchase.

On the 16th, I checked the tracking for both 'Carnats4U' and 'Evri' (the courier) but the status hadn't changed. On the 20th of June I emailed to find out what was going on. I didn't receive a reply till the 23rd of June which stated "we're in the final stages and you should see the tracking update shortly". The tracking remained the same.
I called on 26th of June to chase this further and was told the mats and boot tray had left the factory for the couriers. This was confirmed by 'Evri's' tracking the following day. My parcel had reached 'Evri' on the 26th and was out for delivery on the 27th, for 26mins and then was "delayed". Then, on the 30th of June, the package was out for delivery and according to 'Evri's' tracking, was then DELIVERED and SIGNED FOR at 11:49. I was at home at this time and didn't receive the package! Next, I got an email from 'DPD' (another courier) who said they are expecting my parcel! I sent 'Carmats4U' an exasperated email but to no avail. On the 1st of July I finally received my order.

I waited a total of 19 days for my order to be delivered with very little in terms of communication or apologies. As for the products themselves, they're quite poor quality. The 'Premium Mats' seem very thin, with one line of wide stitching, that doesn't feel it will stand the test of time. The Boot Tray is a cheapish PVC that was folded in three for postage and doesn't lay flat as a consequence. Overall, a poor product with a terrible service.

Terrible car matts at a premium price

Terrible car matts at a premium price. I bought mine through a dealer with my new car, wish I hadn't bothered. The were supposed to be "Luxury executive car matts" they are actually cheap crap from china that don't even fit correctly. The response from the terrible company, stick some velcro on them then they will sit correctly. Honestly everyone reading this please avoid buying Matt's from this shower, you will regret it and they won't offer you a resolution other than a bodge job!

If only I could give zero stars…

If only I could give zero stars…
Terrible customer service, waited days for a reply to an email, I replied promptly when they finally did reply and now three more days have passed and my issue is still not resolved. Paid extra for next day delivery and my order arrived one week later! Utterly shambolic! Have messaged several times to complain and had nothing back! AVOID!!

Waited a week to tell me they were…

Waited a week to tell me they were having supply chain issues. Offered an alternative (cheaper product), but when asked if it'd mean they could guarantee expedited delivery (using up the difference in price), was told that it isn't possible. Probably fine if you're happy to wait indefinitely, but customer satisfaction doesn't seem high on the agenda.

Worth the money, looks very tidy

I originally gave my order a very poor review, but as I was not able to return the product in time I ended up using the products and for the money I have no complaints, it’s worth the money and looks very tidy. I would recommend.

Ordered made to measure car mats 10…

Ordered made to measure car mats 10 days ago just arrived . Pattern not as expected . Colour 2 black 2 charcoal grey quality not as good as expected and no fitting holes or fixings . Emailed but waiting for reply . Could of bought these as halfords ! Not so unique after all sadly .
