Love the products!!!

My first order was cancelled. I sent a msg for customer support to find out about it. Now I made a 2nd order. After making the payment, it displayed the same quilling strips I just bought in a discounted price. If the strips are on discount, it should reflect on the website and on my purchase.

Purchase still not shipped even though paid for and order confirmed 2 weeks ago

I absolutely LOVE UNIQUILLING. Having gotten a few projects from more than 1 company, Uniquilling is the best !!! The patterns are beautiful, carefully made, they include everything you need to finish, and are high quality crafts!!! I look forward to more and more new uniquilling kits as they are available!!! I love the florals, the birds, the letters... animals... i cannot wait to see what other patterns you guys come up with !!!

They are calmming for me. I have multiple works I've made for friends and family. They are beautiful. I would like to repurchase a couple of works, but do not see them on your website any longer. I've sent and email, please reply.

The kits to choose from are a bit limited but beautiful. I may have them all and have duplicates. I saw a flash of "create your own design" but was unable to access it. How can I get an idea to you to create for me and for any other customer to use as well. I have gotten so many compliments on my work and even been asked to teach a class.

It was easy to order. It would be helpful to have the items you order multiples (ie frames) to be totaled up in cart. I had ordered (9) frames and each one showed up a (1). My adolescent art group is looking forward to the project.

Took over a month to arrive. Very poor quality, couldn’t complete as some lines punched all the way through so foam fell apart. Does not come with glue so had to buy that extra. Awful experience with customer services. Ended up going in the bin. Such a waste of money!

Ordered a Christmas present waaayyy back in November advertised with 10-12 days delivery. Chased up progress several times. Had an email this morning, 19th December, to say it's been dispatched today with 10-12 days delivery. So arriving 29-31 December. No idea if the item is any good as it hasn't turned up, but I'm not hopeful it'll be worth the $35 it cost based on this, and it won't be for Christmas. Shocking.

Scam. Placed the order with a 10-15 day delivery period. Over 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for confirmation that my order has been shipped. I've tried contacting their customer service a number of times but am being ignored. I will be getting my bank involved so I can have my refund and they can take it up with them. Why bother? Rubbish company.

Terrible customer service. I never received my order and they refused to issue a replacement. What a SCAM!

Item was is not as expected, there’s no way we could have completed this and I asked for a refund and was denied.

I too was worried that this was a scam, read reviews here etc, but I took a chance and ordered one kit. Very glad I did, its excellent, and the company has responded efficiently to all of my questions. There are also a lot of really useful videos on YouTube to follow. Will definitely buy again!

Total scam company, did not send kit and said was stuck in customs; no proof of postage etc. Never arrived. AVOID.

Not only are this kits made with cheap materials, they don’t have instructions and are not really quilling. I also found that the kits are created by stealing art from actual quilling artists so it’s just a big scam.
