BEWARE - DON'T LOSE YOUR DOMAINS!
Couldn't renew my expired domain and now it must be restored, but their platform gives only a blank page and cannot process any order or selection. Tried to open support ticket but it's NOT WORKING. Tried to sent several emails to their support directly and NO REPLY.
Avoid this scam company by all means!
UNIREGISTRY IS A SCAM
I've been a customer for several years and finally made my first "big" domain sale. That was more than a month ago. They took the buyer's money in two days, but I still haven't received my payout. The email support trail has gone cold. No one responds anymore. I've called and left messages with the receptionist. Nothing. Like Quadriga CX, I don't believe anyone's there or that I'll ever see my money. DON'T TRUST YOUR CASH WITH THESE CRIMINALS.
The worst service I have ever recieved…
The worst service I have ever recieved in doing anything in my whole life , absolutely shockingly bad service from godaddy afternic and uniregistry all to sell a simple domain took them 5 weeks of not knowing what each company was meant to do , took the money of the buyer in day 1 but 35 days later I recieved payment , can’t stress how bad this company is at doing the only job they have , my broker was useless never replied , emails and support tickets unanswered for weeks , phone support was useless they do not help at all , my advice is to stay well clear of uniregistry, after all the fuss I had to go and ask godaddy to step in , unbelievably bad service
I submitted an online request to…
I submitted an online request to purchase a premium domain name that had no asking price. It stated "make and offer". I made a nominal offer and got an automated reply " minimum bid required is $$" and was first rejected. I increased the offer to their minimum requirement and got no response.
Tried calling them on their Skype number and no one answered.
24 hours after that I received a email stating the purchase price for that domain is $$$, 3 times what I offered. Felt like a marketing ploy to get me in a bidding battle. And I didn't reply.
1 more day later and I get a follow up email asking if I am still interested and the seller is willing to renegotiate the price and "what can we do to help you move forward"??
Honestly nothing at that point. I had happily decided on a different domain that I purchased from GoDaddy with no problem.
BTW: Uniregistry website is stamped with "a GoDaddy brand" which it is not. When speaking with GoDaddy staff they no nothing about Uniregistry.
Just Feels like a GIANT SCAM to me.

Can't create an account
Can't create an account. I followed the instructions and created one at GoDaddy but it will not let me log in to Uniregistry. Waste of 20 mins trying to get it to work. There's also no way to contact Uniregistry since that requires an account!
worst service ever
worst service ever. No one contacted me for my numerous price inquiry. I see these guys are not really interested in selling their premium domains
very poor service
very poor service
very poor service. disorganised. Their user panel does not work correctly. So I cannot update the IPS tag to move my domains away.
No proper customer support. Do not use.
Aggressive marketing
I showed interest in a domain name and got a price quote from Uniregistry. I never signed up for a newsletter, nevertheless they kept sending me e-mails after sending me the price quote which I declined.
A few days later they even sent me a fake email stating that "You inquired about purchasing [x] a short time ago. In the meantime, another qualified buyer has shown interest in buying this domain. Since all domains are unique, when this one is sold there will not be another [x] for you to buy."
I don't fall victim for dubious sales pitches. Instead, I reward the seller with a review like this.
Domain spam
Received unwanted spam that a domain that looked like my domain has been listed and can be bought for a premium.

Quick turnaround on a domain that we were interested in, happy we were able to get the deal done. Fast response to questions, easy to communicate with, worked with us and ensured both parties were happy with the transaction. Would highly recommend!

I used Uniregistry to help me purchase a domain, they were great about guiding me through the process and helped me negotiate a price I was able to afford. This was my first time purchasing a premium domain and I was unsure of what to expect but it was easy as pie with Uniregistry!

waste of time scumbags that do not honor their agreements. they offered to reimburse for a transaction that was not made known it would be from outside the US and hence was charged a processing fee for non-US transaction on top of an already pricey domain purchase. They whined that I called my back to obtain assistance and used that as a "defense" to not honor the bank or my request for the agreed upon reimbursement, I will continue to seek this out and would recommend no-one use Uniregistry or GoDaddy. two lame companies are perfect for each other.
Good service
Uniregistry is a good service, and I never experienced any problems with it.
My issue is mainly from increased renewal prices on tlds such as .io that doubled in price after the godaddy acquisition.
Other than that I think it still provides everything it initially promised too, and would still recommend it.
