Bought a midi pack or two, and just found out that over a year I've been paying a monthly subscription I never signed up for!

Flawless and quick support, amazingly helpful plugins. Bass Dragon is FIRE!

I paid $97 for Unison MIDI Wizard 2.0 and never received a download link. After several back-and-forth emails with support, I was finally given a password to access my account. However, the so-called "bonuses" like sound packs, courses, and other extras were never delivered. Right after logging in, my account was banned without any explanation or justification.

To make matters worse, after purchasing, you're immediately bombarded with more promotional videos trying to upsell you additional products. It feels like you're stuck in a never-ending sales funnel instead of receiving the product you paid for.

The plugin itself is practically useless — the melodies it generates are of very low quality and completely uninspiring. Despite all the flashy marketing and countless glowing reviews, my experience suggests this is highly misleading. In my opinion, the entire operation feels shady and potentially like a scam.

I strongly advise others: do not buy Unison products. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I love the concept and what it can do. I hate the upsells for every single plugin to make it good from being terrible from the factory buy. You have some of the best plug-ins in the game, but you'd be better just to make a polished product from the jump without upsells. I now understand why I see mixed reviews and a lot of people are unhappy your company.

Chord Genie and every other product I've purchased from Unison has been top notch. These folks really know their stuff and are bringing game changing tools to producers, musicians, and artists alike.

Be aware! Fraudulent marketing skills ahead!

First I bought Genie Chord and the expansion pack, as it was pretty banal, I’ve asked for a refund, i saw the ad for midi wizard which was $107 bucks by default, I’m 100% sure that the expansion midi pack box was unchecked, they’ve charged it too, and I didn’t even got it. Asked instantly for a refund, they provided.
Now as I also want a refund for midi wizard because I’m literally not using it they said:
“Regrettably, we cannot issue further refunds in favor of your account as you've exceeded the lifetime limit estabilished per user in our terms of service (3 refunds).

So far you've been issued refunds for:

Chord Genie
Chord Genie expansion bundle
MIDI Wizard expansion bundle”.

So basically they charged me for a product that I never got, and also blocked my final refund.

The products are also look and feel cheap, they basically made the same vst in 4 versions. Midi wizard does literally the same as chiord genie… let’s say midi wizard is kind of worth it, but not ever for 107$ anyways.

To be totally honest I haven't played around with the Chord Genie very much since I purchased it. So I really don't feel qualified to give a good judgement of it at this time. When I first got the download I did however try it out & from what I could tell it does exactly what Sep says it does & does it well. I am looking forward to working more with Chord Genie & finding out it's true potential.

Gave it a shot and I could rebuild Chord progressions and start being creative within 5 minutes. This takes hours off the "grind".

I recently acquired Bass Dragon. I must say that after a few days of playing around with it that I´m very pleased. The AI generated basslines fit the songs perfectly, no matter which genre I choose. I have one request for future updates, though: I´d love the possibility of selecting a more experimental setting with less regard to pitch and rhythm. Something freakish. Overall an easy to use and game-changing plug-in. Cheers.

Chord Genie is not cheating, no, it is a great starting point to start creativity.

Sound Doctor is an amazing tool, it has enabled me to complete my production smoother and faster. I can't believe that I actually waited so long to purchase it.

I downloaded a free drum kit, I'm so glad I didn't enter any banking info, I received a chord progression pack instead. I was talking to someone in chat about it and the chat widget vanished as soon as I asked why there weren't drums in a pack that was supposed to contain drums, I was responded there weren't no drums in that pack and the chat widget vanished immediately after that sentence, to never reappear ever again even days later. So far, no chat widget anymore on the page

I've been playing music for quite some time now, and this tool is really awesome. If you know tools like the circle of fifth's, the genius interface will be very familiar to you. The specific value of this tool is that - once you've decided the key and number of bars - it will always generate a new chord progression, and when you insert the chords into your DAW (mine is Ableton), il will adapt itself smoothly.
Furthermore, I really appreciate the single purchase approach - oh boy, do I hate all these montly & yearly subscriptions app's that me you feel like a dumb cow good enough to be milked year after year. Here, you pay and you have YOUR app. Thanks Sep
