United Car Care was super easy to work with; and they paid nearly all of the repair costs. The bill was $2398 and they paid all but $102 (of which $50 was my deductible). They did not require the shop to buy used parts, which is also wonderful.

My vehicle was taken care of with a reasonable amount of time, and I was allowed to get a rental car which helped a lot because I live quite a ways from the dealership and I had a doctors appointment the next morning!

I drove to my local Nissan dealership when my check engine light came on. My Deisel Titan truck had a bad lower turbo charger that needed to be replaced. The dealership contacted United Car Care and they worked with the dealership to get my truck approved and repaired it was very simple.

When purchasing my 2020 XT5 I made sure I chose the best car care service plan available. The cost wasn’t the concern only that the vehicle would be cared for when in need of a major repair.
I didn’t expect to need major service just 6 months after owning the vehicle. The cost of repairs was almost 4k and my deductible was $100, a great deal. I was concerned with the chosen repair location estimating the maintenance labor hours and parts at a higher margin because of the premium car care plan. I had all the labor and part’s itemized which helped keep everyone honest. Thank you for great service and beneficial business. I will opt for this car care contract on all my future purchases.

The folks at Toyota were great. My multimedia screen went out, it didn't take long to get the part and the repair was less than an hour. A completely painless experience. Very satisfied. I'm so thankful we purchased the extended warranty plan.

I just bought a 2020 Honda ridgeline black edition honestly from the very beginning my key fob the first one I’ve had in my lifetime where my alarm on my vehicle would randomly go off I literally could get no sleep for having to wake up every couple hours to press the unlock and lock button on key fob to shut off alarm it was like having a newborn baby and getting no sleep I said no way I’m living like this I will return this vehicle before I live like this I changed out the battery in key fob 2 times that didn’t work so I made appt with Honda they said my sensor to tailgate needed to be replaced also there was a backup camera recall United car care who is my extended warranty I paid for this covered when I purchased the vehicle Honda replaced the sensor and I paid 100.00 thanks United now I can sleep thru the night ❤️🙏 you are awesome !!!

This place is listed as less than 1.5 stars on BBB, so how is it so skewed here? Company is a scam. Refusing to cover components specifically listed in the covered items section. You cant call them, it just puts you in a never ending that works down to 1 minute left, then goes back to 20+, for 3 HOURS!!!
DO NOT purchase from these guys. Its just another fly by night company making big promises and not following through.
