The procedure was painless and the hairline design fits with my face shape. Dr. Utkan and the staff did a great job. I enjoyed my stay at the Broyt Hotel, which was very close to the clinic.

I’m from Germany and visited the United Care Clinic in October 2025 for an FUE hair transplant. A total of 4,500 grafts were transplanted. Both the treatment and the care I received before and after the surgery were outstanding. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional. Just drawing the hairline took over an hour and was done personally by Dr. Utkan. Now, a few months later, I can see how that precision and dedication paid off—the result looks great and completely natural. I can highly recommend the clinic!

It's now been 18months and I am very happy with the results. There are so many clinics out there and it takes a long time to pick a clinic between reviews/forums/various techniques available, it's hard to make the right choice. Def. made the right choice, there is only 1 patient a day, everybody is super nice and welcoming. It might be a little bit more expensive than other clinics but would recommend at 1000% you will not be disappointed!

I recently had a hair transplant at UnitedCare Clinic in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results so far. I first reached out to their team back in January 2025, after discovering them through the Hair Transplant group on Reddit. What immediately stood out during my research was how transparent and professional UnitedCare is compared to many other clinics.

Three things really convinced me to move forward with them:

- All procedures are led by a Dermatologist Surgeon – not something every clinic can claim.

From the very beginning, communication with the UnitedCare team was outstanding. We exchanged messages and photos over WhatsApp, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Once I was ready, my procedure was scheduled, and I flew in from the U.S. to spend a few days exploring Istanbul before the big day. (Side note: if you’re making the trip, I highly recommend setting aside time to experience the city – the history, the food, the culture, it’s all incredible.)

On the day of my procedure, things started bright and early. Dr. Utkan Kızıltaç took over an hour meticulously perfecting my new hairline – his attention to detail was remarkable, and I really appreciated how seriously he took the design. After that, we moved into the shaving and surgery process. It was a long day, but the amazing lunch and kind, professional atmosphere made everything much easier.

I returned the following morning for a follow-up cleaning and examination, and again, the care was top-notch. I have to give a special shoutout to Melike, Zeynep, and Aleyna – they were incredible throughout the process. So kind, warm, and communicative. They helped me feel completely at ease and made everything go smoothly. We even shared some good laughs along the way, which made the experience that much more memorable.

Now, I’m back home and I'm excited to watch my new hair come in day by day. I’m thrilled with the results so far, and I’m genuinely excited to see the full transformation over the coming months.

I went for a hair transplant in February (it's now May) and the clinic lived up to all my expectations. Dr. Utkan was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain to me every single step of the process that I would be going through. During the consultation, I raised any concerns I had with Dr. Utkan and he was very detailed in his responses to me and even explained the logic and reasoning behind certain actions and steps that he would be taking during my procedure. He took one whole hour just to plan my hairline and double-checked everything with me before proceeding. Zeynep my translator was very friendly and took the time and effort to explain and translate every interaction that I had with any of the medical staff who didn't speak English. This made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to have an increased sense of confidence with the team. On top of all that, communication with the clinic continues until today as I have frequent messages with the clinic; they check up on me and request photos of my hair growth so that they can keep tabs on my progress. Any issues I've ever had are very quickly resolved via simple texts which is great.

The one thing I really appreciated was the fact that after everything was over and they were giving me my medication; they did NOT upsell me on extra medication or any topical creams or shampoos. In fact, they even told me that if I were to finish or run out of the medication, that it would be cheaper for me to purchase extra medication over the counter in a pharmacy versus coming back to the clinic. This type of behavior really shows that all they want for you is to have great results and they're not just there to make money off of you. As men undergoing such treatment, we are vulnerable and hence we are susceptible to any kind of pressure to purchase in order to make sure that the results we get are solid; the clinic doesn't exploit this by upselling or pushing things like oxygen treatment, infra-light treatment or anything like that. In fact, they tell me that whilst all those treatments have some benefits, as long as I'm on Finesteride, it is more than sufficient to ensure success.

But of course, the biggest value that I found going to this clinic was that I was treated by a certified dermato-surgeon. The amount of confidence that I had undergoing this procedure knowing that a surgeon is running it is peace of mind you can't get anywhere else. Dr Utkan was there for the whole 12 hours, performed the most important aspects of my procedure (opening the channels and plotting hairline) and I could see him working very hard to make sure the procedure was done well. He supervised all aspects of the procedure too. They even took the time to print out my reference photos to make sure that my hairline matched it exactly. Plus all my grafts were bathed in a bioenhanced solution to increase the survival rate of the grafts; something that not a lot of clinics practice. I also opted in for the stem cell treatment as it was recommended by Dr Utkan; I also did my own personal research on stem cell treatment for hair transplant patients and found the results to be quite compelling.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough they are professional, friendly, transparent and highly communicative. If you're considering getting a hair transplant in Turkiye, do yourself a favor and go to them.

I had my transplant done (around 4500 grafts) on Dec 8th. I’d say my overall experience is pretty nice. I chose the premium FUE package in which Dr Utkan did the design and the main channel part (a couple technician and nurse did the donor area graft extraction operation), in total it took about 10 hours I think? But honestly I didn’t feel that long as I felt asleep in the middle a few times and there’s a lunch break in the middle. All folks are pretty friendly. Zeynep, the coordinator, accompanied me throughout the process and explained well for post care too! The breakfast included hotel and luxury car pick-up and drop-off comes quite handy, while I am waiting for my results to come out, I am thankful for the good work Dr Utkans team performed.

The team at Unitedcare were friendly, organized and patient. Great customer service. I can't wait to see the results in a few months.

Dr Utkan and his team did a phenomenal job in making the hair transplant a positive experience for me. This was the first time I had an operation of this nature and the team was very accommodating and made it a comfortable environment throughout the procedures.
