Excellent service and delivery
Excellent service and delivery, the sales pitch is occasionally less reliable than it was when I first commenced buying from you. I feel some of your reps excell at reeling off prizes and ratings, possibly with less wine knowledge than would be desirable. Also sales are not as targeted to my taste as they used to be. I am less inclined to try unknowns since I have been sold a couple of impressive wines.

Reliable quality products and service
I have been dealing with United Cellars for about 3 years. They offer good value with their secret deals and their delivery service is quick and efficient. In that time I have had one wine that I was not happy with and it was promptly sorted. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Update: contacted by customer service who have apologised for the late delivery and have refunded my freight very much appreciated the follow up.I ordered Western Australian wine I am in Perth it took 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted them after 5 days they promised 2 days delivery. It looked like they didn’t process my order. Wine was shipped from Sydney arrived 2 weeks after ordering. It would have been quicker to drive to the winery myself 😬
