I have nothing but praise for my experience. I was so nervous starting out Ryha Callum and Ben made me feel so relaxed, they were non judgemental and their help was phenomenal. This debt has weighed me down for over 12 months now and they made me feel at ease within 24 hours. They help you through the whole process advise you to contact them for any reason at any time. Seriously if your in debt please take the first step to stress relief and call or email these guys. Thank you for giving my life back to me and make me realise there is help out there and the people who help you make your life easier. All the staff I have communicated with at this company have been friendly, considerate and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank Natasha in particular for her help with this process. She has explained everything clearly and spoken to me in a very professional, yet friendly way. All of the staff helped me feel comfortable about the situation and in no way embarrassed about having to seek help for my debts. Wonderful group of people that I would recommend to anyone. I was in trouble with debt by myself with two children. I didn't know were to to! I ended up ringing these, I spoke to Callum who was so kind and understanding. He helped me through every step of the way, I'm massively thankful for!

Amazing service! I should have done this sooner. Jack and Ben were on hand to answer any questions and support me all the way through the process. They made me feel completely at ease and made it all so easy. I can't thank them enough!

From the first conversation with Jack(who was so kind and caring) to follow on conversations with Ben -who is the most amazing man-he would ring at times i was free around by jobs and every question i ask even silly ones he talked me through everything including changing banjs. last conversation was with kirsty..who listen to me whilst cried..and completly no judgemental. All calls over the last 10 days have taken about 2.5 hours and im hopefully nearly there if it all works out for me. overall great company and service and after care

United insolvency are a very professional non- judgemental company. From the first day that I contacted them they were thorough informative and I felt I could trust what they were telling me. Every part of the process was easy and considering I was stressed and worried I was able to call them whenever I needed to during office hours, all of the staff are friendly and helpful.
When my IVA was accepted it was a huge weight of my shoulders and I couldn't have done it without United insolvency.
Ultimately the whole team get 10 stars for excellence from me.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a debt solution.

Ian was very helpful and kind and talked me threw everything I needed to do.

I spoke with Ian today, regarding my issues with my credit, and I found Ian to be extremely helpful and supportive to my situation, as he helped me narrow down my options and select the right choice to conclude. I would definitely recommend talking with Ian for anyone else going forward.

I have recently found myself in a situation that I never in my lifetime thought I would need or want to experience. Although taking time to pull myself together enough after losing my job prior to the down turn in business, I assumed I would walk back into another job quickly. Obviously this was not reality, with rent to pay bills unpaid and the fear of action from bailiffs being taken I reached out. I was so lucky meet over the phone my contact Ian, although through my first initial call I’m was mortified, embarrassed and upset to have to ask for help. Ian calmed me down, supportive and reassuring across all aspects of our first conversation. Although I wasn’t in a position to proceed straight away he gave me the ability to move forward redirect my mentality and seek help to sort my horrible situation. Ian whenever I have a question cones straight back with a response and has been a rock to me cause without his passion to help I don’t think I would of been able to stay in my property or believe there could be a solution to my problems. I cannot thank Ian and his team foe all their help and support. I’ll be for a better word lol 😂 forever in his and their (debt) .

Having struggled with debt for a number of years, a 20% drop in our joint income, due to being furloughed, was the final straw. We looked at raising money through a re-mortgage but didn't qualify, and then I saw an advert for United Insolvency, so we applied. We were contacted by Ian who was just amazing - he completely understood our predicament, and immediately put us at ease. I went from feeling embarrassed and ashamed to understanding that we're not bad people, we've just been through some tough times. Ian talked us through all the options, and highlighted the pros and cons of each. He was so patient, and not at all pushy. The next day we had a further call, with Ben this time, who again went through options and made sure we understood the implications of each one. He booked in a final telephone interview for us, to confirm the option we had chosen, and that was it, all done. Ten minutes later, at 8.15pm, Ian called just to say everything had come through, and looked positive! We can't praise Ian and Ben enough - they were both very knowledgeable and professional, whilst at the same time being approachable and understanding. Thank you both SO much!

Callum was absolutely brilliant in helping me sort this out..
For something that I thought was gonna be so hard.
It was made to be so easy.
Everything was accepted and now everything is affordable and less worry.
