I am very pleased with the way they sorted out a problem with my system which did not meet the requirements of the software ordered. Everything working well now

They get 5 stars for value for money which was great, however i do find that when contacting them it can be a very long process as they reply the next day, having said that during this long process they did fix the issue and at the end of the day that is what matters. I am very happy with the licence that I bought and would buy again from them

The downloaded ISO file wouldn't mount after copying to a network share. Arranged a remote support session which was right on time and the issue was resolved by downloading directly to the target machine.

I had purchased the wrong Windows RDS keys by mistake, Melissa in support very helpfully resolved my issues. This is definitely the kind of support other companies need to provide!

I had some real difficulties installing MS Office 2016, and was very worried that I had made a mistake buying from a company based in Germany. However, the team at United K Software were amazing. They offered ongoing support over a number of days, including remote access and contacting Microsoft on my behalf, until the problem was sorted. Great service!

I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium but unfortunately the link sent me to a page that said Error 403. I contacted Support at Unitedksoftware and had the great fortune to come across Melissa the Marvellous. She quickly sorted the issue for me sending me a link that worked. However, having downloaded, I then made a mistake which meant I had lost my download. Dohhh!!! I contacted Support again and Melissa was just as helpful and as courteous as the first, I can't thank her enough. Thank you so much, Melissa!!!

Had problem activating MS Office product. Got into a live chat. The technician was very helpful and patient. Followed their instructions to download and activate the software. Thanks for the patience and time to sort out the problem efficiently. Great support!

We purchase a copy of Excel 2016 and had some issues with the activation. We went onto the live chat and a technician logged in via Team Viewer to resolve the problem for us.

So far the download of Word 2010 is working, intially I thought it may be a bogus site, and then when I was having difficulty with the download I became worried, then I went on to the online chat and an agent named Daniel helped me to finish the set up for which I was extremely grateful as it would have been a hard task otherwise.
