I just received my chain and lo and behold it didn’t fit my mistake of not measuring my neck. Well, I was very upset with myself and so I got online looking with the return policy was and I start communicating with one of the customer service people and the experience was awesome. The return policy is even better than Costco on Amazon put together. I got a text from somebody I was communicated with and I appreciate it. I will I will do business with these guys again
