Around the beginning of 2026 I was contemplating why I was not completely satisfied with my comfortable life as a retired engineer. It occurred to me that I was missing the satisfaction that I used to get from successfully completing my projects. Within a matter of just a few days I stumbled upon an article about real estate investing through tax liens and deeds. Through doing some in-depth research, I learned about United Tax Liens and their training and resource system, namely, online educational tools and videos. But more importantly, were the weekly, live, one-on-one training sessions with my coach Adam Giles. Adam taught me how to conduct thorough due diligence, to evaluate property liens and deeds that fit my investing goals and strategies. While I am still very new to this, I know that there are people within the United Tax Lien organization with vast experience and knowledge that stand ready to assist me with any questions that I may have as I work to achieve my goals.

Ultimate confidence boost. Since my involvement, to a person, I have felt the utmost respect and sincere effort to provide the best support to grow a successful real estate business. Each question or concern is addressed and followed up on multiple levels in a timely manner. My coaches (Chris, Dan and Jesus) have been right on with advice, guidance and education. Great community and partners. Keep doing what you do!

I have been working with Travis Young for a few months - we've had some "meeting interruptions" from my side due to surgeries and a family issue - he has always been accommodating in adjusting the schedule - which I really appreciate.
More than his flexibility, he has really helped me understand all the nuances between the various ways to participate in tax liens - auctions, buying from county, land versus housing, etc., and helped me in discerning how I can use various ones to meet what my goal is in participating in this with United Tax Liens. He is very clear in how he explains things, and I have made use of the training videos a few times in order to "catch" they way he was viewing things - I'm not as gifted in spatial thinking and seeing as he is and frequently get lost looking at where I am on the maps!
I look forward to our future sessions, and will most likely miss the interactions with him once our training sessions end - I enjoy him as a person, and I feel very comfortable asking questions where I verify "I think this is what you said" as I translate what he is teaching into how my brain works and language that I use.

Brennen has been fantastic! We love the pace of our sessions and he answers any and all questions we bring to him. He guides us through the process while giving us the confidence to continue by ourselves. He is the best instructor we’ve had! 10/10

Derek has been a wonderful coach and mentor as we maneuver through the systems. There's lots to learn and he has patiently walked us through each aspect as I am not and will never be computer savy. We're looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship

Just closed on my first fix and flip in the San Francisco bay area with a profit (the most important part.) Coach Eric is the best, Always answering questions, (a lot of times before I even ask them), with clear and easily understandable advice.
I highly recommend United Tax liens for the coaching and the follow up (Russ calls about once a week to see how I am doing), that is great to keep you motivated to keep learning and going your business. thank you.

A thorough, well presented education in tax liens and deeds. The training includes both face to face instruction and an automated tool which simplifies the management of liens and deeds. The instructors are well prepared to teach the fundamentals and are always available to assist in the learning process. My personal coach, Travis Young, deserves the greatest credit for my successful preparation for additional, rewarding financial skills. Travis always demonstrated exceptional knowledge and teaching skills. Our face to face sessions were always enjoyable on top of sharing his exceptional knowledge. Travis earned my highest recommendation as an educator.

Working with Nate was one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business. His experience and depth of knowledge are unmatched, but what really sets him apart is the way he delivers it — with energy, patience, authenticity, and a genuinely fun personality that makes learning easy and enjoyable.
The level of insight and depth he brought to my FO was incredible. In just three days, I learned more than I ever could have figured out on my own. Nate has a true gift for breaking things down in a way that’s practical, motivating, and immediately impactful. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does because it shows in every conversation, every lesson, and every moment he spends coaching others toward success.
Beyond being an amazing coach, Nate is an inspiration and someone I’m grateful to now call a friend. Thank you for your patience, your guidance, and for pushing me to think bigger and operate smarter.
Here’s to continued growth, success, and big things ahead. Highly recommend Nate to anyone serious about leveling up personally and professionally.

Freddy, Daniel, and Vivienne have been a blessing to me. Freddie has been VERY patient with me throughout the Fly Out. I am slow with computers and he has walked me through my training. I have learned an immense amount about flipping properties this weekend and feel more comfortable placing an offer.
Daniel has met with me each week and taught the key components of flipping a property. He is easy to understand and guides me with a spirit of excellence.
Vivienne has kept me on track with reminding me about the upcoming Expo and other logistics for success. She is kind, pleasant to talk to, and returns calls promply.
I am completely pleased with my experience.

This review is for my training coaches Mark Perez and Chris LeCheminant. I really learned a lot of from them about the Accelerated Mastery Program and the real estate business and I still have a long way to go. I really like the hands on approach to learning which is very helpful to me. I would recommend these guys 110% to anyone, anywhere, anyplace, anytime!

Nate was the most amazing person and instructor I have ever met. He was patience and kind even when I was not able to follow the instructions. He took the time to explain over and over until I got it. He knows his job well. He is the best of the best. I was pleased with his instruction and knowledge to help us to move forward with the fix and flips venture.

The one on one training is great. For me not knowing a thing about tax liens and deeds this was very helpful. I almost feel I need a few more one on one sessions.

United Tax Liens (UTL) is a great company!
The company cares about me doing well and my coaching help being helpful and compatible. They check in to make sure things are going well.
I am happy with Travis Young, my coach for lein and deed help. He guides me with recorded GoTo meetings so I can review them latertoo. He has great ideas that's help a lot, such as trying to to sell to neighbors first to quicken the sale of a deed. He is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I look forward to working with him some more.
I am working with another coach for real estate that takes longer to learn and I will update this for him later.
They have a technical helpline and people for computer help. Amara Arnold has been helping me with glitches, plus helps keep me on track.
On top of the coaches, there are 2 helplines for liens, deeds, wholesaling, flipping properties, etc. They are very helpful and professional.
They check up on how well the coaches are are doing, to keep them on their toes for us.
They are also affiliated with a wealth help company that has tax strategists, LLCS, etc. that seems to be a good as this company for additional costs. We will see, as things are being worked on.
Even though these programs and coaches are very pricey, I am glad to have chosen this company to work with.
There was another tax lien company that I checked into that I passed on, nothing wrong with the company. I just really liked United Tax Liens, this company included real estate flipping for around the same price.
If you have the money to invest in yourself and want to do liens, deeds, wholesaling, and/or flipping properties, this is the company to choose.
