From beginning idea to instalment and all the bits in-between we’ve had nothing but excellent service from United Trades.
Our fireplace was opened up and a log burner installed. They worked all day long for three days, and were so clean and thoughtful of our home. A superb job!
Big thanks to United Trades in Chepstow for our double bathroom refit in September 2025. Great workmanship, good communication and the job started and finished on time. Special thanks to Caira for her advice on materials selection and to Pat and crew for the excellent workmanship. Very pleased all round.
United trades has fitted a log burning stove and a hot water system. The engineer was extremely professional and polite, completing the work to our absolute satisfaction. I can highly recommend this company.

Ben and Anna, are great to work with, accommodating changing plans, timelines and Briefs, seamlessly.

I needed a new flue liner for our wood burning stove, after taking out the stove they gave it a thorough clean fitted our new flue liner and also fitted new fire bricks and new ropes for the glass doors, all done really efficiently with very little mess ( which they cleaned up) l think the company went above and beyond to give us a great service, I would highly recommend them
