The product was nothing like advertised. Cheaply made and just not an attractive piece of merchandise. Customer service is horrible. The return policy isn't is a joke. When trying to return the item I've been given the run around. Tried to talk me out of a full refund. All in all I'm not satisfied and very disappointed....

Unclear and unreliable communication with seller after the material -bought on February 25- never arrived. We don't receive any feedback from customer service after two messages on March 8 & 9.

Easy platform to buy and sell clothes fast
I've been using this platform for quite some time now and I never had complaints. The customer support team responds fast when there is trouble with buying products and provides the right solutions when needed. Nice app to find your secondhand gems for a dime!

DONT USE THIS APP
DONT USE THIS APP. United wardrobe is very bad! They have high administrative costs (€2) which they claim pays for their app to work well.. however, I once sold an item and they made a mistake in generating a send label for me. Therefore I couldn’t send my package to the buyer or I had to pay for it myself (€3.45) which is higher than what my product was even selling for. I contacted them and got a reply 2 weeks later. By that time it was too late, I lost a customer!
Also, I once was buying a pallet which I know for a fact fits through the mailbox. I told the seller to send it though a mailbox packet. UW didn’t allow the seller to select the option. Due to the bug in the system of UW, we decided to use a different method outside of UW. UW was very fast in giving me a WARNING that I shouldn’t do that.
Their customer service sucks.. they’re only good at warning people to only use their platform and charge very high administrative fees (where does this money go?!) while their app contains a bunch of bugs causing you to pay extra in the end. I AM SO DONE WITH USING THIS DUMB APP!

We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience while using UW app. Our customer service experienced some delay lately and I'm happy to say that we are now on time. If you emailed us, you will get an answer within 24 hours.
We do have a automatic system that detect users that want to go outside our platform to buy a product. The reason for that is that we can protect sell that happens on our platform, but not those made outside. For your security , we advise you to process on UW :-)
Smalls bugs appears here and there and we are very sorry for that. Our technical team is working hard to make the magic happens and allow you to have the best experience ever. The customer service team is also working very hard to answer as fast as they can.
I hope that those few words will help you to overcome your sad adventures on UW.

I had once shipped a pair of shoes that apparently later just got lost in the shipping proces. I told the costumer service about this and they were really helpful. I got the money I was supposed to get for the shoes en de buyer got her money back too.
Very good experience, because they do take responsibility. Which isn't the case for websites like Vinted

Great customer service!!!
I was a bit hesitant to use this app, as buying and selling things online can be a bit tricky and definitely comes with its pitfalls. Against my (better) judgement I bit the bullet and made my first purchase on the app. The seller accidentally advertised the item with the incorrect size, so I was afraid I was at a loss. When I contacted the customer service department they not only assisted me very quickly, but they resolved the issue for me with the best customer service I've received since living in the Netherlands! They allowed me to return my item as this fell under their conditions and also very quickly reimbursed my return shipping costs! Their service was quick, effective & friendly! No more hesitation, I will be continuing to use this app! 10 stars if that were possible!
