Please note that we automatically add the extra IP to your server's network settings, so it should be visible there. We recommend checking your network settings to confirm its presence. Please provide evidence for your claim. Your name does not exist in our system and we checked that no user with such a name has ordered servers in the past few months.
We checked your other comments where you made similar claims about other companies
If you can prove your claim, please send us your payment confirmation or order confirmation for review
Otherwise, you have registered a fake comment.

Please provide evidence that your server has not been delivered
Because we have checked that all the servers will be delivered in full. If there is any problem with the servers, please provide evidence related to your e-mail or sent tickets or your order number and payment information.
We also checked that there is no user with your name in our system and the information registered in this comment is fake

Keep in mind that about 90% of our products are created automatically by the virtualizer, which means there is a 0% chance of error. If your server is provided with one less core, this is related to the service created manually by our experts. Please contact us for this issue, we can check and if a lower CPU core has been allocated to you, the cost will be refunded.
Due to the high volume of orders, there may be a mistake in some rare cases, but we respond to all tickets and apologize for this problem.

All servers will be delivered by the gateway after payment and payment confirmation
If you have any evidence that you made a payment and your server was not delivered, you can send it here or our email and we will check it, otherwise you have submitted a fake comment.

We do not know what problem you have with our services, but our rules state this in full. If we can not solve a problem, the customer will be refunded.
But strangely, you did not enter any information about your server and the reason for the problems you had
