Univapez can’t be beaten

Been with Univapez for a couple of years and never had any issues, Univapez has a live stock count on there website so shows you what there is in stock placing order, other sites said I stick, you order then tell you by call to pick different.

I was sceptical at first..

I was sceptical of ordering at first as some of the reviews put me off a bit, however UniVapez had the best deal on the vape pods we buy out of every website we looked at. They arrived super quick with Royal Mail 24hr tracked (which was free cos of our spend amount!) and unlike some reviews every item arrived perfectly, packaged safely and was exactly what we ordered. Really good value for money and will be using this business going forwards. They have a rewards scheme too!

Keep up the good work

Best place online. Most places I used now have gone downhill. Except this place.
So glad I found it. Never a issue, and vapes come super quick.
Plus it's always alot cheaper than others. Keep up the good work.

Sorry to hear of the issue.

Your order was placed with a postcode, but no street name or house address, which given the rest of the following message, we believe to have been a means to circumvent our age verification system. We emailed you on the same day asking for this information, so we could correctly put your order through age verification (as it was your first order), and then get it dispatched.

We received your address details from yourself on Friday evening, after our support team were finished for the week, which is why there was no response to you on the weekend (our support hours are listed throughout the website). On Monday, once the correct details were added, your order was flagged by our age verification system.

We emailed you asking for ID, but did not receive a response. After 48 hours of this, your order was subsequently refunded.

No communication, no effort

Unfortunately this one order has made me lose all trust in the company. My partner ordered a large amount of vapes, £50 to £60 worth. They sent it out but royal mail had lost the parcel. Not their fault I understand. But what is a problem is the lack of communication. They say they respond to all emails however they don't. They dont have any other way of communicating as I have also messaged them on Instagram and tiktok. My partner had sent an email out and it said that the situation would be resolved that same day, this was 2 weeks ago, he sent another one and he was ignored. I have tried to communicate to help with my partner situation but yet again I have experienced the same. I didn't want to write this review as I wanted to resolve this, however, their lack of communication has forced me to get their attention some other way. Majorly disappointed.

they will get ur order wrong

i have order a few times and every time the mess it up they said me the wrong items and refuse to respond to my email (if i were you i'd avoid buying from univapez!!!!!!)
