I ordered a pool robot costing €1452 from UNIVECO on 29/05/25. After 2 months of emails saying that the item would arrive by the end of the week, Univeco said that it was unavailable. I asked for a refund on 03/07/25 and they agreed. I still have not received it by end of September and they have not responded to any further email or phone calls since end of July. I now find that they deleted my account, have changed their email address (still no response) and their website is being ‘updated’. They have either ceased operations or are an outrageous scam.

I ordered a pool heater in March which I paid for and was subsequently unavailable. It is now July almost August and despite repeated requests to Univeco, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY 1765 EUROS. Avoid this company at all costs!!! I have just filed a fraud report to Service-public.fr which has been forwarded to the cybercrime department of the National Police. I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE DO THE SAME. I can see there are many of you on this review site who have been scammed. Don't let them get away with it. Contact the French police.

Payed 3.950 € for 2 saunas - send several mails - never get a straight answer. Lost my money. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM !!! Be aware !!!!!

I’m already waiting for 6 months for MY sauna, they promised delivery time 6 weeks. I asked for a refund but still after many many emails and calls.. still no refund!! It’s a scam!!!

Edit: funny that they reply on my review that it’s fake!! But they do not reply on my emails and website messages !!

I ordered a swimming pool from this company in May last year it still has not arrived.
All I get is promises and dates I have lost £10800.00 now they have locked my account and deny the order exists.

WARNING! This is a fraud site. They will take your money and send nothing. The reviews are fake. Report this site to all authorities like ic3.gov (managed by the FBI) etc.

They say I'm a fake review due to unpaid order, that's because they took my money and never returned it, and then wanted me to pay again via banktransfer so they could take my money twice.

I have waited six months now for delivery of a stove which cost 2000 euros. It is impossible to speak to anyone as the call centre is always unavailable and all replies are computer generated with the same wording saying your order is coming... I strongly suspect this company is fraudulent despite their claim of satisfied customers. Avoid at all costs is my experience.

This company must employ professional liars they state they have 1000s of positive reviews but have only have 103 of which 35%are very negative
They took £10880 from me for a swimming pool in May last year all I have is promises it will arrive but no pool or date for delivery

I ordered a heat pump for an outdoor swimming pool over a month ago.

This has never shipped, I had a few emails in very bad English telling me how important my order was before they stopped responding.

I have tried to cancel to order and asked for refunds but have heard nothing.

I ordered on 22 December 2021 a wooden garage for our company and sent immediately the money. On the basis of the description in the advertisement the garage was in stock and should be delivered within 2 weeks. I wrote a lot of mails and tried to phone them but without success.
Finally the garage was delivered the 29.march 2022 (more than 3 month) without any papers and without announcing the deliverance.
Till now I have got no invoice about this purchase. I sent a lot of mails and I also sent a registered letter with reply advice. No answer.
I bought the garage from UNIVECO in France and the delivery address was also in France. And the manufacturing of the garage was also in France!!!
If you look on their Web page you wouldn’t find any correctly address and no details of the company. They try to hide every legal information’s about the company.
They offer and sell products on their Web page which they don’t have in stock. Primary after ordering and paid by the customer they will try to provide the product.
Don't know how this company is getting this high rating on Trust Pilot.
Never buy at this online shop, it is a gamble and a scam.

It’s very interesting how the UNIVECO Company answers with a pre-composed reply and they are only able to insult her clients. That proves that they are not interested so solve any problems.
Once more I confirm my review. And by the way, a company who refuses to send a correctly invoice can’t be serious. No invoice signifies no warranty and no responsibility. Furthermore I can’t deduce the costs at the French tax and revenue office. We will see what the French tax and revenue office will think about this business conduct.
So be very careful if you intend to order something at this company.

Don't know how this company is getting this high rating on Trust Pilot. I bought an electric grill for over 600€ and I am waiting almost 6 weeks for delivery. Nothing. After cancelling the order, Univeco is not responding to the cancellation. Now I am trying to get my money back.

Even worse ! Don’t ever believe anything on this site. Or simply contact your police office. They know this scam site as well !!!!!!!!!! I work at a police station myself. Prosecutor in Belgium started a criminal case.

I had bougt an article worth 1100 euros, 2 years ago. Never received it. After more than 20 messages I Only received fake-fake-fake automatic answers of a computer in which more money 200€ had to be paid for some extra transport costs or whatever blablabla. Now they have deleted my personal account so I shouldn’t be able to complain anymore. This is pure theft !

Do not believe any of the good comments on this site because they’re all scam. There’s no person behind it !!!

My company paid for a Mobile Trotec TTK 75 ECO Dehumidifier at the start of 2022 at a value of nearly €500. The item was supposed to be sent but it was lost apparently. They kept saying they were sending a new one. I contacted them for details but heard nothing. Now 9 months later they have said that again the package got lost so have sent out a new one but have yet to send me a tracking number even though I have asked over 6 times. If you research this company on Twitter you will find that it has scammed alot of people and so I would not buy anything off it and would reccomend people to do the same, stay away from them.
If anyone has been scammed by this company they need to email the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs in Switzerland to bring it to their attention so that a case can be brought against this company.

I bought on this company's website an article worth 350€ on 08/02/2022. Although the invoice have charged me 20€ for shipping the item to my address, a week later I was informed that the transport of the article would be more 100€ to add to the amount already paid...I canceled the order at that time. And the only thing customer service did was sending me the same mail(already going in the 4 time they send it), to reiterate the same information that I must pay 100€ to receive my order. More than 40 days have passed and I have not received the order, I have not been contacted by any delivery service, nor have I been reimbursed for the amount paid, which should have already happened (according to the general clauses of the cancellation of a order in 30 days) according to the company itself. I was therefore a victim of theft by this company. At this moment I have already made the denouncement to Visa International, to the EC. Europe.EU, the French and Swiss embassies and police authorities in my country.
To avoid at all costs, they are not serious, the customer service is a joke and torture to answer. A company that should be banned from exercising its activity and that penalize those who do business on the net honestly.

Fast shipping, item as described! I recommend.

Since 3 weeks I missing deliver which should be "from stock" no replay on my e-mail or telephone.

One year ago i bought and paid for a solar shower but NEVER received it. 1.100 euro went to hell. This website IS AS FAKE AS IT CAN BE
