On my second order from Universal
On my second order from Universal, I received a wrong size proto board (smaller) so I emailed them, asking to send the correct size. After few days, I received no response, so I went ahead and bought the board from Amazon. Checking my mail today, I got an envelope with the board I ordered. So while customer support was good, the lack of communication didn't make it helpful. I would've given them 5 stars otherwise. Price is fantastic and selection is good.

You were very responsive to my questions for a new commer to purchase some components. However, the shipping cost prohibit me to purchase more devices.
However, you may like to open an storage facility in Montreal, so, you will sevice the engineering activities around here. Your prices are still compatitive in comparing to the cost of devices in montreal for small projects.
