Usually everyone on the phone is quite helpful. However I spent almost $1,000 on medication and it was supposed to arrive anytime between the 2nd of February and the 20th ,and it's still not here on the 11th. And it does not have tracking! Apparently you have to pay $10 more for that. No one told me. I would have gladly paid that. Seems crazy with something that expensive, not to have Tracking included.
The package finally arrived on February 21st, the day after President's day.

Medication refill order…
I have been ordering the same medication for several years from Universal in plenty of time to get my refills on time. I realize the medication is coming a long way from England. It has never taken this long in the past to get my refill I ran out of my medication a few days ago. I have called Universal twice to find out where the order is. I let them know that I am out of my medicine. No help was offered to me. They let me know that I can track my order but no other help was offered. They let me know that I should receive my order by February 24 at the latest. Needless to say that I am very disappointed and I will get my medication elsewhere

I would have given 5 stars, but my original order was lost in the mail or never shipped, and I had to wait 6 weeks until they agreed to reship. Nevertheless the representative on the phone promptly reshipped the medication at no extra cost and added a tracking number free of charge.

Disappointment
When I made the purchase, they forgot the order, and 2 months later when I asked what happened..they were confused thinking I didn’t pay, but then I showed them.. and said that was a mistake, that they are sending without any charges.. and I said.. (of course!)
So I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

I have not received my order shipped 12/30. I did not receive tracking information and I haven't received a response to my inquiry about where my dog's meds are. I now have to run to my vet and pay much more for the second time since placing this order.
The order took a LONG time to place. First I provided the prescription, then I confirmed my dog's name and breed, then I had to reconfirm payment. All that added weeks to the process.
