We’ve had a great experience working with Universal Funding. Four years strong and still counting. They factor our invoices weekly, which helps keep our cash flow steady. Angie, our Account Manager, is a gem — she gets things DONE. She’s always available, answers questions right away, and processes our transactions fast. Her responsiveness makes the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciate the support and consistency from the Universal Funding team and are happy to be working with them.

I worked with Universal Funding for over 10 years. During that time , they were very responsive to my needs and never a hitch in providing funding.

If anyone uses their services you must be aware of the minimum factoring amount. We were charged $6,700.00 per month due to not meeting the minimum requirement.

Smooth Evaluation process.
The evaluation process with Uni virtual funding was straightforward. I appreciate that there were no upfront fees, and I only paid the security fee after passing the challenge. We have been using Universal Funding for about a year now. This has been been such a wonderful asset to our company. My first agent that I had worked with was wonderful, (I came into work one day and found out he was no longer with the company.) They immediately set me up with a new agent. This worried a little me as he had some very big shoes to fill as the first agent went above and beyond (or so I had thought) until Luis Alvarez came into my life!!! Luis jumped in like we had been working together for YEARS!! His customer service is out of this world! He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and is always on top of making sure whatever I need is taken care of! I can be in panic mode and Luis just makes everything so seamless. I know I am not his only client but he sure makes me feel like I am, as if he is just sitting there waiting for me :). He has gotten to know me and how my daily routines go. If he hasn't heard from me he will go out of his way to call me and see what is going on see if he can help lessen my stress levels and to let me know he has my back every step of the way!! I have never had such a personal amazing experience with cs before!! To top it off Luis is hilarious!! I can be having the worst day and his sense of humor can change that in an instant!! It is not often you can feel some ones personality through emails, but this man you can!! Luis, he just makes everything so easy and painless, with a personality that is to die for!! It is rare to find this type of customer service these days, If I could shout it from the roof top on how wonderful Luis is, I would!! People like Luis and Universal funding corp. Have helped myself and our company excel so much over this last year. I will continue to refer everyone I know to this company. There are only five stars allowed to give but I would give 1000000 if I could!!! Thank you for everything you do Luis!! I could not do it without you!!
