Great quality
The mask is great! I’ve been an aesthetician for 12 years and this is a great quality product. My only issue is as others have already commented, the nose section is quite uncomfortable.

Purchased an order on 06/07/2022
It states on the website that they dispatch within 2-5 business days
Did not "dispatch" until 17/7/22
And that was 10 days ago now and still no product
I have now moved from the address I purchased from.
Sent an email 14/7/22 requesting a refund. No response. No contact number
It is terrible that they take peoples money and give no product. Its disgusting
At the bare minimum they should reply to correspondence, but no replies and no contact number

The product came in good time
The product came in good time. When ordering, it said would come with a special gift which didn’t arrive 🤷🏻♀️ Also said comes with a LARGE circular probe and a SMALL circular probe which both are the same size so not sure if it’s the large or the small that I got 🤷🏻♀️

I received my mask and it was faulty
I received my mask and it was faulty, tried to contact universal glows support, had no reply after about 3 emails, tried the online chat and still took a very long time between responses, I eventually received a replacement mask after about 2 weeks trying to communicate. The mask is good however it only lasts about 2 sessions before it needs charging again and you can’t wear it while it’s charging. Wish peppy co still sold theirs because their one was good!!

Did not receive item
Terrible customer service. Dispatch says within 3 days on their site but took almost 2 weeks to be dispatched with no response when I tried to contact them.
Ended up receiving the wrong item and took 3 more tries to receive a response from anyone. Absolutely no apologies or care from them. All they asked was if I had opened the incorrect item already.
They expect me to send it back to them at my cost before I receive my paid for items.
ADDIT - they purposely filter reviews and do not publish low ratings on their website. Received an email saying as much from them. Wouldn't trust such a dodgy company.

Dispatch time was far to long
The time it took to dispatch my order was disappointing. It took almost 2 weeks, which in my option is far too long when on the website it states they dispatch almost daily.
Other than that the product itself seems to be great. It is packaged nicely and feels and looks nice.
