Our programs are faith-based and inclusive, and are built on ethical, spiritual, and religious beliefs, as well as the traditions of community aid, neighborly assistance, and the sharing of burdens. In the simplest terms, we embrace The Golden Rule. Acceptance into our community is based on acceptance of our Statement of Shared Faith and Beliefs, regardless of denominational or church affiliations. Whether you are a family or small business looking for affordable health care, consider sharing as the alternative to traditional health insurance. Today, over 2 million Americans have turned to sharing programs as an affordable way to pay for their medical needs. Universal Health Fellowship can help you do so as well.

don't do it!!!! My daughter had a doctor visit as a followup to an ER visit for fainting. The office visit was $200, the max allowed by UHF was $168 and they covered $6.08. The doctor billed code 99214, which is a level 4 code for established office patients and for most insurance companies, reimbursement is $126-$148. Not UHF. I'm dreading to see what her ambluance and ER visit reimbursement is - I so regret the decision to go with them.
When I first signed up, my main criteria was that they have Baylor Scott & White In-network, because that is where all of my doctors are. For the first year, everything was very good. Then I went in for my annual round of checkup appts and labs in early 2025, and found out after I had completed them that BS&W was no longer in-network. I had received no information that they had been dropped from the network, either from my agent or UHF. When I asked why that had happened I was told that it was MY responsibility to keep up with which doctors/facilites were in or out of network. So added expense. Add to that, I was going through treatment for osteoporosis, which was diagnosed mid-2024, and the treatment isn't cheap, to say the least. I am eligible for a large co-pay assistance program reimbursement. Both UHF and the clinic where I received the treatments are pointing the finger at the other as to why I have yet to receive my reimbursement closing in on six months post treatment. Very, very unhappy. They have become very unresponsive. If I call, I have been put on hold for 10 - 15 mins, only to have the person who answered hang up on me upon answering. If I email, it can take days to weeks for them to reply. Just terrible service. Horrible. They do not care about you.
This company is a disgrace. They prioritize profits over everything else. They will lie to you to get you to sign up and they take no accountability for their actions. I signed up for UHF and during the onboarding I was asking a plethora of questions to ensure that the birth of my child (my wife were trying to get pregnant at the time) would be a covered benefit and I was reassured on MULTIPLE occasions that it was only to find out later that it's only covered after being a member for over 1 year. Upon discovering this, I canceled the service and requested a refund and they just strung me along claiming it was my fault. This company is despicable and lacks any human decency. They put my family in financial hardship without even a second thought. Stay away from them!!
It’s a relief to have help upon emergency even though I am a fairly healthy guy

First, my name was spelled wrong. I couldn't even login because my name is in my Gmail. In the time it took to fix this issue, I had to pay full price for my refill prescription. No bueno.

During enrollment, customer service was very good. Price isn't great but better than other options. No HSA is unfortunate. No coverage for naturopathic doctors even though they are fully licensed MDs is also unfortunate but typical. Unless something catastrophic happened (which certainly we're hoping not), this is about as useless as any other plan. We're pretty much spending $1065 a month just to comply with the law but it still beats spending $1400 a month.

I have been working with your rep D'Adra with various issues of my son's plan. She has been most helpful, responsive and has assisted me tremendously in explaining the plan's benefits. Additionally, her assistance in guiding me through claims helped the process along with ease. The professionalism and courtesy she extends to her customers is so refreshing.
She is my go-to person.

Very helpful Customer Service!
Madally was patient, knowledgable, timely and reassuring. All things I was not used to having in customer service when previously speaking to health reimbursement companies. I appreciated the guidance and I know I will be needing to call back as I am still learning and I look forward to making the call!

Dee was kind and personable and answered all my questions. I really appreciated all her help. Thanks to Dee I will probably be able to find a par PCP. She even gave me her number for future questions at my request.

D'Adra is Saint! She made something that seemed very complex and arduous to get done on my end (billing/reimbursement), and made it simple, easy and swift!

The Reps at Universal Health Fellowship. Our programs are consistently wonderful! They take my calls, look into resolving my issues or at the very least, providing answers to solve my questions. Moreover, they call back when they say they will. I choose UHF somewhat blindly. I feel extremely fortunate to have they as my medical team.

After purchasing this health program, wrongly thinking it was insurance, I discovered that they did not cover my medication I needed for ADHD type symptoms. I called and a lady named Dee absolutely attended to me as though she actually cared! She advised how to apply for assistance from the drug company, gave me the website, and called me back personally next day to see how it was going.
I can not speak about the company in its larger capacity. I was disappointed to discover my medication was not covered after being told by some rep that my medications would be 90% covered.
But I really would like to thank Dee for giving me a positive experience on health related customer service line. It was almost like old days again and I thank her.

Vicki is amazing. She walked me through all the aspects of this health fellowship to make sure it's the right fit. I get very overwhelmed and confused by this stuff. It's so nice to feel that you have someone in your corner willing to help at anytime.

Horrible customer service, horrible communicators to members, extremely difficult & time consuming to file claims & extremely long wait times for reimbursements
