This company is amazing
I've used this company for the last 5 years now and done so many patios, I've never had a single problem with the slabs always well packaged and in immaculate condition. Great communication and fast delivery.
If your looking at doing a patio make universal paving your first priority.

I recently had a delivery of porcelain paving slabs. All individually packaged, on 2 pallets. Fast delivery, great communication, no breakages and gorgeous paving slabs, an all round great service provided.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would great deal and when the 2 pallets arrived not one breakage the slabs were packed so so well padded between each one , underneath and all around the crate . Just brilliant

Ordered from universal paving multiple times as their prices are always very competitive. Never had a problem and their products are great quality.
Cant fault their customer service either, had to cancel a large order due a while back to an unexpected house move to which universal paving were completely understanding and waiverd their cancellation charge due to my circumstances. Absolutely cannot fault will always be using Universal Paving for any future work.

Excellent service & great quality
Excellent service & great quality product. I purchased half a crate of Kadaba Black sandstone setts last Thursday with paid Saturday delivery. They arrived on a crate bang on time & on using them a great quality of sett. The odd chip and break here and there but that is expected of the product and far less than the 10% you allow for. Will use Universal Paving again!

However the sample wasn’t packed very well. Only is cellophane stuck with tape on both sides which could easily chip the tile from the edges.

Excellent quality paving
The quality of the paving is really good. The consignment was also delivered on time although I had varying sized pallets and the delivery company didn't have the right sized lifting equipment for all pallets which proved to be a challenge upon delivery.

Pleases with the look of the paving…
Pleases with the look of the paving slabs BUT 4 slabs were chipped or cracked when I received them. The pallet wasn't strong enough and broke under the weight when the battery truck was delivering the pallet
