Do not bother ordering from this company!
I am absolutely appalled by the customer service. I ordered some items through Klarna, my parcel arrived damaged and an item was missing from this package. I expressed this to the company, they only apologised and said I would need to take it up with Klarna and also claim it through Royal Mail. I used the 30 day pay later, therefore had not even put any money towards this as of yet. I said that it should be them who needs to deal with it and to change my Klarna payment so I do not need to pay for something which never got to me.
I then said I will send all items back if they weren't going to sort this out, they then said they've put a claim in with Royal mail all of a sudden when they originally told me I had to do it (funny that couldn't have been done in the first place). I've sent all items back, they adjusted the payment on Klarna and it still asking for the money of the missing item!!! I'm beyond angry.
I will absolutely not pay for an item that didn't arrive, how dare this company put the pressure on us to have to sort out their issue. They didn't even offer to send out another one when I told them it was missing. I had to spend £12 to send it all back as well. So far I'm losing money and been given the stress of chasing up a claim through Royal Mail, which could take ages to hear back from.
I'm not doing it, whatever you do, don't order from them because they are awful.
