Do not use this company!! I only chose this company, because I thought they deal with everything, and if something goes wrong, I will know who to speak with,it turns out that they use other companies to move your things (St Georges European Removals), that is the worse company ever. They were rude and unprofessional, and after 3 months of fighting with them, I still haven't received all my items. AVOID!!!

Fantastic service both in UK and Cyprus. The packing service was first class.

Were very helpful during Covid to get the date for the removal on time. Crew arrived on time, worked well in the house and the delivery was very good, too. Helpful in putting furniture in the correct place and unpacking.

Communication was very good at all times.

Nigel’s team were very efficient, careful with packaging our furniture, some items we never thought of wrapping as well as they did, delivery in Spain was just as good, would definitely recommend. Communications with the company were dealt with quickly

Following my experience with European Removal Services, I would whole heartedly recommend them for their accomodating schedule, great communication and door to door care. We had a stressful situation reclaiming belongings from an empty apartment in Madrid during the early stages of the pandemic. They were patient and helpful as plans constantly changed and managed to bring all the items back safely. Can't recommend them highly enough

I contacted Universal Removals For Help in relocating my daughters belongings from Aabenraa, Denmark to Lincoln UK, they were very helpful in setting up the removal which was seamless and very efficient, we were kept informed of pickup and delivery times which were spot on. I would recommend this company to transport your goods to and from UK and Europe. Great Job and thanks to all staff involved.

We moved from France (Alsace) to London in the middle of the Covid summer. The discussion on how and when was excellently managed, the commercials and the legal terms were well clear and simple to understand. The video survey was effective. The team that arrived were first class. They were efficient, looked after the job perfectly physically and were careful with us in amongst all the chaos. As part of the load we moved a grand piano and several very large wooden cupboards and they had extra people brought in when needed to manage these. Delivery was equally well managed. They were on-time, caring about what went were and careful about how they managed the speed of offloading. Nothing was damaged and again they had extra hands for the heavy loads when needed. Overall we experienced a fully professional service at all levels from organization to lifting and we dealt with people we liked all the way through. It was not an easy move given the Covid conditions and was made possible even pleasant by very good service. We recommend this service.

During the Covid -19 pandemic we sold our home in France. We could not travel from the United States to France to collect our personal items, pack them and arrange for shipping to the United States. Universal Removals did all this for us and the 59 cartons just arrived in Ann Arbor Michigan in perfect condition. The fees were reasonable, the service great the personnel pleasant to deal with. We video conferenced with the moving crew on the day of the move. Everything worked like clockwork.

Very quick and reasonably priced removal service from Spain to UK. Very well communicated and helpful along every step of the move. Recommended.

We found the service reliable and efficient in most aspects. The collection was on time and the staff efficient and competent.
The delivery was timely but the french delivers
Did not provide the unwrapping service or remove the Protective wrapping of the sofas done by the company.

I've had a very positive experience of moving house from France to the UK with Universal Removals, despite the added difficulties of covid-19. Nigel Hubert was extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. The removal itself (actually with people from WhiteAndCompany, although with very effective organisation from Nigel) was very smooth, fast and with very careful packing - no damage/breakages, Stuart and Dave were great. Thanks very much for making it so easy and painless.

Nigel moved the entire contents of our house from London to Las Palmas in Gran Canaria. It was an entirely stress free experience. The goods were delivered in the agreed time, in perfect condition and all the paperwork for customs and the move were handled by Universal Removals. I could not recommend them more highly.

My move went great with Universal Removals. It was difficult to find a company to do an international move amidst a pandemic, but Nigel at Universal Removals was very understanding and responsive, explained the process every step of the way and got my belongings from the UK to Switzerland without issues.

Recently moved from UK to Malta and in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. The move, originally planned at the end of April, had to be postponed, due to Government restrictions; however, Nigel was understanding and flexible. In spite of ongoing restrictions, he managed to arrange collection of belongings and I could finally leave UK. Belongings were finally moved to Malta at the end of June and it took about a week, but we did not have to pay any storage. A few items arrived damaged, but Nigel offered to pay directly most of the relatively small amount of refund we requested, thus avoiding going through the insurance. Overall: very good service, in spite of the difficulties caused by the Coronavirus and Government restrictions.

A trouble free move from Spain to UK!
My mind and worries were put to rest from the first phone call for a quote! The guys came and picked my home contents up at time given and loaded the van quickly and professionally listing everything for me to tick off the other end! Again arrived in UK on day and time given, all there and nothing damaged! The guys happy and helpful! Was kept informed by Nigel on progress the whole time ! Have complete confidence in recommending this company for a job very well done!

needed to send some family items from my home in france to my daughter in Australia. The whole experience was extremely professional , fragile items arrived in Sydney on schedule and with no damage. We were very pleased with this company. Nigel has follow up with us all the time about the move. We did not have any issue even with the lockdown time. We will use them again if we need to make any other move back to UK.
