I have the mineral sunscreen SPF30 and the sunscreen powder. Both very pleasant products. Easy to apply, very well tolerated. I would still like the powder to be transparent. I think I will try even more products 😊

Within 3 days, I received a personal email response from Universkin's Medical Director directly, offering me the choice of either a full refund or two new formulas (free of charge). He discussed and explained the issue in detail. The tone of this communication was so sincere and helpful, that I decided these are the people to whom I want to entrust my skincare. So watch this space for updates on my progress as I continue my journey with Universkin!
Original review: Totally ineffective product. Makes my skin look worse, not better! False claim of "designed by your doctor" - no, wrong prescription by AI! Highly disappointed! Please refund my money.
