A big thanks for the speedy & helpful response I received from the people of Unlimitedgb recently. When I lost all my account details following a change of broadband provider, a quick phone call and a follow up email was all that was needed for my details to be re-sent to my new account. This saved a considerable amount of time and embarrassment to all concerned. Thanks!

Most of the Positive Feedback are left by their own Company Staffs. Beware!
1)Most of the time their hosting server and at other time, the MySQL server is offline.
2)They have worst Support facility with only one support person called Anderson (You can get reply from other side for your message only after 5 minutes).
3)Whenever you contact them, they'll say that your site will be online in 1hour (Then what does 99.9% up-time mean to them?)
4)The ShopperApproved.com site seal and 5 star are created by fake data by repeated voting.
5)Most of the time their CPU usage will be at 99% when you view server status through cpanel.

Worst than free hosting provided by ByetHost.


If you're still going to buy from them, then it means that you're going to lose your money.

This company is very good. Good affordable prices, excellent helpful support and great uptime - since I host my site with them I have had one or two errors which made my site inaccessible for some time, but as soon as they have discovered - they fixed everything.

Under are saying guaranteed money in 30 days, is pure lie.

I tried to cancel my reseller account and was denied reimbursement, used only 3 days since the uptime is a crap, guarantees 100% uptime, but I was more than 24 hours with all the customers out of the air, harmed me.

The support sucks.

Would not recommend.

As with all shared services there are downtime's but in Unlimitedgb those are very rare and only last a few minutes. The customer service is great and u can be sure that you won't be alone.

UnlimitedGB has been great. I moved from another provider that was costing 3 times more per month with periods of downtime. My site at UnlimitedGB has not gone down even once since the move. And the support people have been very responsive and professinal when I've needed them.

The have no server root access, they are only reseller, I hosted domain and they deleted my all contain w/o asking or informing me, They wasted my three months work. don't go for unlimited GB, Their server stat is always running with 90% plus disk space, they don't have resources, their servers and other infrastructure is overloaded, Screen shot attached for your ref.

Not only am I receiving so much more for my money but there is never any downtime, any questions I have are immediately answered... the support and sales are excellent! I recommend them to any clients looking for hosting options. I am proud to be a UnlimigbdGB customer!

Nothing is ever perfect when it comes to sites or we would not need a staff at hosts! UnlimitedGB has literally helped me out probably over 15 times and never once
complained even though it was stuff they did not "have" to do. I told them once there this once and I meant it I feel I do not pay ENOUGH!! I have NEVER said that before!

I enjoy using your website. It is so easy.It has only been a month but so far I've been really impressed with the service.

All queries I have had have been answered within minutes rather than hours regardless of the time of day.We will be ordering probably once or twice a month.

I just placed my third order with this company, why?
