Super pushy sales guys told me that by researching online reviews before I fork over thousands of dollars, I wasn't using common sense.
the booking process was simple. the customer service were very kind and helpful. I already went on one of my trips with the tour and even that was refreshing. they were not trying to bully me into buying anything. i have like five more vacations with this company will keep you posted
