Before creating an order you checked the checkbox which says that you read the privacy & policy which has a section about how we will refund your funds if we can't unlock the phone or check IMEI.

Moreover, your order got rejected by the T-Mobile Clean service (You used T-mobile Clean IMEI service instead PRO service) so your order has automatically been canceled/refunded. The rejection indicates that the IMEI is either under contract, has unpaid bills, or any other type of internal barring even if the T-Mobile Status Check does not reflect this, so this requires the T-Mobile Pro service.
