Unlocked my phone in less than 5 mins
I used Unlockingonline to unlock my phone. I had never unlocked a phone before and I could not believe how easy it was, how cheap it was and how quick the process was. My phone was unlocked in less than 5 mins. Very happy with Unlockingonline and I would definitely recommend and use again if I ever have the need.

Lack of communication
I initially gave this a one star review because I thought they were a scam company that had taken my money, having given me no code. My suspicions were raised because they were impossible to contact by email or phone. A month later however, and they have emailed me and given me a refund, saying they were unable to source a code. So, disappointing but no scam after all. It is the lack of communication that has been stressful.

Super service, unlocked Vodafone Blackberry in minutes
My son gave me his redundant Blackberry, I wanted to use it here in France. tryed unlockingonline.com. They were half of the price quoted by Vodafone and it took 20mins from registering on their site.

Excellent!
It was sooooo easy to unlock my phone! I had to insert the new sim card, enter my IMEA number in the online form, paid the fee (which was much cheaper than the local unlocking shop or even market stall) and within seconds I had the code needed to unlock the phone - and voila, fully operational unlocked phone!
Can't praise enough...

After trawling around many different web sites, and filling in forms for promotions just to get an unlock code. Then getting bombarded with emails full of promotions games ect. And guess what!! Yes no unlock code in sight. One more go I thought, I came across unlocking online .com. No thrills just fill in your details make payment, hey presto between 5-10 minutes later there was my unlock code waiting for me and it worked. Great job thanks.

Don't let the site look put you off!
I was unsure to begin with as their website looked like some of the dodgy providers out there, but risked it and was pleasantly surprised.
I have now unlocked 2 iPhones (4 & 4s) successfully, took about 3 days to come through and then followed their instructions. Then bang, sorted!
Would use again :)

Sony Xperia T unlocked without hassle.
I was nervous about using an online service as this was my first time needing such a thing. I found this company through my new provider at GiffGaff and everything went very smoothly with my unlock code being provided after a few days. Very happy customer, will use again.

Fantastic
I was a bit worried about using a third party unlocker, which is understandable I think. But I did it and am happy. I received my code faster than estimated which was nice. It was also cheaper than other places including the network I was on.
I would happily recommend unlockingonline for anyone wanting to unlock their phone :)

Great site and cheap compared to other. Waited 5 days but was well worth it. If you can't get in touch by email or phone number, I suggest you get in touch with them on Facebook. I did and the customer service from them was the best. Highly recommend. I would use their service again. From one very happy customer x

Avoid!
Having ordered various unlocking codes before (from various suppliers) without a hitch, I tried this company, who quote a delivery time of between 1-12 hours for my unlocking code.
The order itself was placed on another website (MobileUnlockCodes.co.uk) but generated via unlockingonline,com - both seem to be part of a company called Telcom Tasks Ltd.
They claim to have a 'customer support' platform to deal with queries relating to orders. I tried this - the phone number goes onto an answer-machine and despite emailing them as well, I have received no reply to date.
48+ hours after placing my order, I have still not received it.
Retrospectively (silly me!) I have read various 'review' sites on which other people have had similar, recent experiences when dealing with unlockingonline.com / MobileUnlockCodes.co.uk - order(s) not arriving and no reply from their 'customer support'.
In conclusion ... AVOID!!!!!!
