I am in Australia and phone was locked to Optus as new. Moto E32. Paid with paypal just in case. Everything good and code was in my email within 1 hour....it worked despite my initial doubt. Yep I recommend.

Great company with great people
They offered a fast and efficient service, unfortunately my phone was not equipped to be reset, however they tried really hard to fix it. When we finally realised it couldn't be reset, they refunded my payment within 24 hours. I was very impressed with their courteous help and professionalism.
