Refund after battery found not operational

I ordered replacement parts for my old Pixel 2 and they came in on time. After I ran into a difficulty with the replacement battery, I requested a refund and the process was quick and painless. Things like that (faulty parts) happen, and I am glad that the process of deaing with this was very smooth and problem-free. Will consider them for my future repair needs!

3 weeks and still hasn't shipped.

Ordered parts with 2 day shipping specifically for its supposed fast turn around time. Now 3 weeks later and nothing more than "shipping label created". Theyre trying to tell me its been shipped but canada post hasn't updated it, thats not how it works. It hasn't been shipped. This company is a joke.

Buy elsewhere. They dont care. I will now have to go through my bank to get my money back since this company doesnt care.

Don't waste your time or money here

I had a simple two part order. They screwed up and sent the wrong part for one of the items. I notified them of their screwup and asked for the right part to be sent ASAP as it was 100% their fault. Well a week and half later they finally got around to putting it in the mail. That's both downright rude and pathetic. Don't even spend .01¢ with these people, they don't deserve it. I rue the day that I ordered from them. My original order date was Dec 30th, 2025 and it'll be at least another week before I see if they ACTUALLY SENT ME THE RIGHT PART.
So the actual timeline will be 5 weeks!

Shipping Label Created but No Delivery After One Month

I wanted to support a small business, but unfortunately my experience was very poor. I ordered some parts and paid for 2–3 day shipping. A shipping label was created, but after more than one month I still did not receive the order.

It appears the label was generated without the item actually being shipped. Communication with support was also concerning — replies did not include any names or identifying information, so it was never clear who I was speaking with.

This feels like a pattern of collecting small amounts of money and hoping customers do not follow up. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company and suggest others avoid using this website.

Unlockr parts is a complete joke, Not a funny Joke, A really offensive beastiality joke your creeper uncle told in church to a 12 year old girl.

Do not deal with this company!!!
I repeat. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a charge port for an A35 phone, sevaral weeks past and no shipping confirmation..
No communication, after 2 requests for a refund I got my money back but what a joke!! This company is the worst of the worst and they need to go out of business, do not support them as they are not professional in any way.

if you have any problems, rest assured unlockr does not give a sh*t! package didnt arrive and ive been waiting a month and a half for an answer! my screen is already replaced $350 later! love you unlockr! worst parts service ive ever came across

Terrible Company

Ordered batteries and some tape. The tape arrived, the batteries did not. Customer service went dark. Don't bother with this company.

Bad parts.

I bought a note 9 batt. Came in and the mf manufacture date was AUGUST 2021!. I installed the battery fully expecting it to be a bad bat and lo and behold, it was weak. I tested it, and it was worse than my original battery. I run a samsung members test and it comes back as a weak bat. Ive emailed em and no response. steer clear of em.

Edit: as per the response, I would like to say, I can send the picture of the battery I received. Mind you, when I contacted you guys, I got NO response. I emailed many times. Now yall can't even own up to it.

We are not sure where this information come from as we don't keep batteries in inventory older than 9 months as per our policy since they degrade over time. "Beware of Defective Parts and Poor Customer Service"

I’ve been replacing parts on tablets and phones for five years, so I decided to try Unlockr since they are closer to me and offered competitive prices. However, my experience with them was very disappointing.

I ordered a screen for a customer, which arrived on time, but it stopped working within a couple of hours. I returned the screen and received a replacement.

The second screen's touchpad connector ribbon broke off with very little resistance. When I reported this to Unlockr, they told me it was my problem.

It's clear that the parts they sell are cheap and defective. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company. Their lack of a Google profile is telling, as they likely want to avoid negative reviews. I strongly advise staying far away from Unlockr.

They don't honour stated return polocy

Purchased an ipar air replacement screen from them. On thier website it said I could return it but when I tried they did not respond. If you decide to work with them be careful. They do not honour their stated terms and conditions.

After sending the part, they examined it then refusing to replace after I had received damaged they totally have been ignoring me and keeping my part more like steeling my money and my screen keep away from these crooks

Purchased a product

Purchased a product. Less than 2 months later did not work properly. Returned product for refund/replacement. Refused to do either as claimed product that was returned was not their product. So, sadly out money and product. No not order from this company.

Just don't....

When did this break? I didn't even drop my phone, and it's somehow broken?" Now I have a shattered bit on my phone, and I'll be trying to return the other bits I'd bought.
Not worth the risk with electronics. So disappointed :(

To the company regarding your reply... Why are you assuming I didn't learn how to install the piece properly? Because it looks better for you to put the blame on me? I think that's a nearsighted tactic. Blaming the customer for your product's awful quality isn't a good look. Super unprofessional. Downgrading my service rating to D.
