Until the past 75 days or so, I had a 4 / 5 star experience. When I reached 2500 pts, I tried to redeem ($25). I emailed and was told the fix was scheduled "soon". I completed more surveys, When... See more

I don’t know if I got shadow banned or stuff I had a streak on my account and it was no where to be found and I’ve not been getting surveys on my account also after I was just 196 points away from cashing out which is unfair

Been a member on this panel for few months and so far it’s been good. There is always a survey to take and the points offered is good. The monthly bonuses is a great additional. They mentioned they are going to switch to a new member experience in the coming weeks. Excited…

I went to the site to join and gave them my birth month and year and then household income and then was told based on my answers the site was not relevant for me. So it either disqualified me based on age (I am 60) or household income not even letting me join. what a miserable worthless destined for failure waste of time website. I do several legit survey sites with no problems. Prolific and cloud connect are great.

I was a member of maru springboard america for a long time with no problems; now, I have a few points left, and can't even get into the site, and no way to contact them. Looking for other, honest sites, now.

I have been waiting since December 20, 2024 for my redeemed gift card award. I ordered it on Dec. 20, 2024, and it was supposed to be e-mailed to me within 24 hours. I have e-mailed them at least five times, and the only response I've gotten is that they received my e-mail. I tried to find a phone number for them, but I've had no luck. If and when I ever receive the gift card, I will then discontinue answering their surveys

10/1/24 Edit:
I'm very pleasantly surprised that I have to revoke the majority of my previous review. While Unlock may not have as many surveys available as some other sites, and as such it takes a while to accumulate enough points for the minimum reward (2500 for $25 in gift card/Paypal form), when I did reach that point and submitted my redemption request I received my incentive the same day. Normally I reserve judgment on these kinds of sites until I've redeemed more than once...but most sites reward at $5-$10 a pop, so I find $25 for one redemption as compelling as at least 2-3 from others that pay out less. Quality is better than quantity, and I'd rather take longer to earn a reward and actually receive it than have dozens of surveys available to complete and end up not being compensated for doing them. So, kudos for putting your money where your mouth is, Unlock - I hope you stick around :) .
10/31/24: (very positive) Edit: I received my second payout of $25 from Unlock, again on the same day I submitted the request. $50 in a month may not seem like much to some, but for a "starving grad student" etc., just for answering surveys for a few hours a week makes this a very feasible site, and since they've paid out twice (when half the sites out there which require such a high redemption cost, let you do almost all the tasks, and never pay out), unless there's a dramatic change they have my full seal of approval. If surveys are your thing, I advise that you give it a try; be a little bit patient with survey availability, because more do come along and you know your time won't be wasted because you'll be compensated as initially stated.
Current verdict: 5+ stars.

Absolute scam company. I couldnt care less if they themselves ik to work with , although they cant be when the only answer their site provides for when you'll review your payment is within a week by email, they are all over in other survey websites and apps like drumo, qmee, beforthright, and 5surveys, putting in signups for their site intentionally designed knowing you wont ever get a penny on that site for taking their survey.
