Poor quality and bad after sales experience

Very bad service and not at all client oriented:
First of all, the order payment was not possible by online banking from home to a Spanish bank account. We needed to go to our local bank agency to complete the transaction. Secondly, the delivery took 3 months and not 5 to 7 weeks. No notification was given when it finally would arrive. Luckily, we were home on that day. Thirdly, the wrong doors were delivered of our wardrobe and the quality was poor: the profiles of the sliding doors were on the wrong side and the doors were curved and not straight. We had asked a local professional handyman in Belgium to do the assembling of the wardrobe, but he could not finish the job because of the curved and wrong oriented doors. Unniq Habitat refused to take back the doors and to send us the right doors. Instead, they suggested that our handyman could have the doors fixed, so we needed to make a second appointment weeks later, because we needed first to straighten the doors ourselves by putting a balanced weight on it for several weeks (to deal with the problem of the curved doors that Unniq Habitat refused to take back). We asked upfront to Unniq Habitat if they could reimburse these additional costs for the second appointment with our handyman, because this appointment was needed to change the profiles of the doors so they could slide in the right direction and to finish the job of attaching the doors to the wardrobe. This second appointment would involve a minor cost of 200€ to have the problems solved that Unniq Habitat had created in the first place. Unniq Habitat refused to reimburse these costs and asked us to cancel the appointment with our handyman because they told us they wanted to find a cheaper solution for us. We cancelled our solution and were promised a solution within a week. We have heard nothing ever since from the commercial representative for Belgium who didn't get back to us ever again since the beginning of September, not even after a few kindly reminding e-mails.
Conclusion: they fail in delivering the right product, the quality is poor, they leave it up to the client to find a solution for the problems they have created, they refuse to pay a minor cost for the solution of the client, they let the client even cancel the solution they had found themselves by promising a better solution that never came. All attempts of the client to inform about when the solution of Unniq Habitat might be expected were ignored. They managed to create a problem, that became even a bigger problem by a very poor and disrespectful after sales management.
Do me a favor, please, do not buy at that company!
