The TV shelf from Unoliving that never was...

I ordered a TV bench/table from Unoliving at the beginning of October. Several weeks later, their delivery carrier (Bring) reported that that one of two parcels from Unoliving was on route for delivery, but it had to be returned to sender since Bring never received the second parcel.

Unoliving customer service apologised and promised to send the two parcels to me again, immediately. This time, I received the delivery which turned out to be only one of the two parcels, and thus only containing 50% of the components needed for assembling the furniture. Unoliving apologised again and promised to send the second parcel to me immediately, and offered 25% discount in compensation. I accepted their apology and welcomed their gesture.

However, in their third attempt to send me my order, the second parcel was incorrectly registered as a "small delivery" in their third attempt to send me my order, and my parcel was returned back to sender - yet again.

It has now taken Unoliving 4months and three attempts to send their delivery to me, and I have yet to receive my furniture. Following the most recent emails from me - politely expressing my frustration with the state of play, the company has simply decided not to respond to me.

As such, I have now decided to cancel my order and I recommend everyone to avoid doing business with Unoliving.

Good product and Bad delivery

Beautiful and unique design. It is great!
Not a super good quality but better than okay level. It is good.
Not a cheap price, but okay range. It is reasonable.
But really suck the delivery. I still can not believe how can it be arrived to me. There is only my name and address on the packages, no contact information about me. Is it for the security? Therefore, the packages were appeared in front of my door suddenly, eventually, separately, and without any notification. I am pretty sure that, no one expects this kind of thing when ordering.
It is not a surprise gift.

Very long delivery times

Very long delivery times, estimated time was 3 weeks and then they sent my product to the wrong country so another 3 weeks. I ordered a carpet. From most other carpet sellers shipping takes 2-3 days. At least they refunded a percentage of the buy, which makes 3 stars. Still, if I don't like the carpet, sending it back will be a hassle and a long waiting time for the refund.

Love the product

Love the product. Easy to schedule the delivery. Everything was on time, from when the desk would be shipped to when it would be delivered.

It’s a nice piece of furniture

It’s a nice piece of furniture, but it has a clear front and back, and in our case the back will be visible which is not great
Also, there is no bottom for the bed (to put mattress on)

Good price and great quality

Good price and great quality. Shipping took some time but i was informed about that already when I paid.
Everything went easy and it was easy to pay via Klarna :)

I still have not received the product

I still have not received the product, even though I received a message 2 weeks ago that it had arrived at the warehouse and should have been delivered within 3-6 days.
I called the call center and was promised they would check what happened and when I get my table, but nobody has gotten back to me.

HI - Feedback

HI, I am not satisfied at all. The order was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I also saw the price is cheaper on other sites and the delivery is free on other sites too. So all in all a bad purchase experience and I will probably not buy or recommend this site.
