So amazing to have a personal delivery to the door! Beautiful little bags for the dry goods and paper bags for spices…so comforting not to have any plastic. I feel as if we’re doing our bit for the planet.

Unpckd are a really ethical, local Hertfordshire company, truly committed to zero plastic waste. We buy a lot of dried foods and cleaning stuff from them, and they are really responsive, always deliver on time and even added some products that we suggested. Can't praise them enough.

Our first order has arrived and it was as exciting as I’d hoped! Products tasted so far are yummy and it’s so nice not to have plastic packaging to dispose of! I’ve recommended to all my local friends and I can’t wait for order #2!
How wonderful to get a box delivered with reusable wrapping you don't even have to rinse on return. And even got excellent decaf coffee beans. It would be a 5 star if deliveries were a little more precise as wanted to be in for the first delivery, won't natter next time, and if everything was in stock. Lovely service, such a treat.

Points noted about delivery times and out of stocks: currently the 2 hour window allows us to optimise the delivery route for efficiency and energy conservation but hope to offer more precise windows as we grow; we work hard to keep out-of-stocks to a minimum but understand this can be frustrating for customers, apologies!

Its so hard to find the time to go to a refill shop if you don't have one near you but unpckd solve that problem in such a convenient way that is so reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and goods, when I initially contacted them to ask if I could pick my order up (I was out of their delivery area) they kindly extended it to include my postcode! I couldn't be happier.
